Carroll is getting the credit but he is no better than the rest. Lanzini cross on a plate for him and Antonio causing the keeper so many problems he can't deal with his shot. A real full team performance for me. Well done the lads, only down points we are a little panicky in defence, hopefully fonte will sort that and probably giving ball away too much. But great first half team fully United it's like night and day from previous weeks. They look fit, sharp good body language and fighting for each other. Carroll's header was superb and he was there to follow up from Antonio. Many's the time we didn't have anyone able to do that. But I agree with you that it's important to recognise the team effort. I have a feeling that the next time we face Man City there will be a different mood in the side. We may not win, but I reckon you'll see a much better team, and one that doesn't give up. And wouldn't it be wonderful if we did win? Already pushing up the table. Good team once the attitude problems are left behind.

If he had gone near post. It was a very well taken shot across his body and Randy still tried to get his feet in the way. Our problem on the first goal was we got beat on the break and nobody picked up the last man. Would have made life easier, but I'll take 3-1. Middlesbrough did not play badly.
