0-0 at half time.So far so
0-0 at half time.So far so good but the other half times are not great for us.
The telling stat
is that Arsenal's keeper hasn't had to make a single first half save since 2014.
Collins
Collins the rock
That's it then.
Hope we can keep it down.
Another gift

f@ck me the spuds have just scored 2 late goals lol
Randolph isnt even a
Randolph isnt even a championship keeper. Absolutely terrible.
Neither are
most of the rest of our players.
Even more reason that we need
Even more reason that we need to be better organised with a clear way of playing! Who decides that kinda thing? If we stay up it will be down to others being unable to get the points rather than us securing them. Fingers crossed that Swansea are on a downer after losing that one tonight, our best chance of landing some points if they are and if llorente is out injured.
Total rubbish to claim our
Total rubbish to claim our squad is full of championship players. Barring randolph most of our squad would get in at tons of others teams in the league. Its bilics shit tactics, selections and managing in general to why we're doing shit. first time weve lost 5 games in a row since Avram.
Agree fred, I'd like adrian
Agree fred, I'd like adrian back asap he might just save us some vital pts
Agree stan....
Randolph has been an effing liability lately, come back adrian!!
However
However, he knew how it would end today. It has already gone well we have conceded only 3 goals. In the next games we can not go wrong if you do not want to get off
Question, is putting Adrian
Question, is putting Adrian back in nothing more than papering over a crevice? Anyone would struggle behind our defence they way they play.
But for 60 mins today we
But for 60 mins today we defended well? It wasn't until Randolph cocked up again for the 30th time this season we started getting carved up. His positioning on the the 3rd goal was dreadful aswell.
What about
Fonte's balls up before Randolph's????
What I cant understand red,
What I cant understand red, is adrian made mistakes against Stoke and Watford....Randolph's made more than twice as many but still starts..
Mistakes can happen when the
Mistakes can happen when the other team are piling on the pressure, thats what the bloody keepers there for FFS. Why on earth Randolph gets away with murder from west ham fans is beyond me. Worst goalkeeper weve had in years.
I didn't see the game (too
I didn't see the game (too scared) apart from motd. But altho I understand your frustration Fred things are not as simple as that as I'm sure you know. When under pressure everyone has a responsibility to do a job. Whether that's wide midfielders backing up their full backs, centre midfielders stopping their centre halves from being exposed etc. it's too simplistic to put the blame on Randolph, when all season we haven't done the above. Yes I'd say Adrian should play but if we keep failing to do the obvious it won't make much differance. Fontes clearance wasn't much more than a Sunday league centre half! And the ball bounced in front of Randolph a notoriously difficult thing for a keeper to deal with. Mistakes do indeed happen when under pressure but ask yourself if playing 2 slow centre halves contributed to us causing that ourselves?
Sorry mate but were
Sorry mate but were relatively solid until Randolph has conceded that exact same goal twice in 3 weeks. You say the ball bouncing is a difficult for a keeper, thats true if theres power in it , but it was tame and any prem level keeper should be saving it, adrian wouldve saved it. Not only that but hes always rooted to his line, since hes been in goal we've started conceiding more and more from set pieces. I'll stick to what I said and what ive been saying since his debut, awful keeper. Birmingham fans were happy to be rid of him, which shows you all you need to know. Adrian has made two mistakes this season vs watford(partially collins) and Stoke. Randolph has made them vs liverpool, tottenham, arsenal, 2x west brom, leicester. Then theres very soft goals vs the likes of bournemouth, tottenham, hull. Then you also have his near post weakness, and far post weakness. Hes not even championship standard.
Fred I will leave your
Fred I will leave your opinions of Randolph as possibles, but we haven't looked relatively solid in defence for months. Infact I'd say we have never looked as solid as we should the whole season. I'm assuming you mean it was better than it is now? But that's not gona change regardless of the keeper and it certInly isn't his fault. A bad keeper in a well drilled team won't seem bad, but a good keeper with a bad defence has no chance. Adrian may improve matters but if he isn't given proper cover he will lose confidence and make mistakes himself. Both keepers are not playing well but they can only make a difference IF we are playing well in defence. Which under bilic we don't have a chance, it's just papering over cracks and not addressing the real problem.
Predicted loss, but
some things really baffle me. Why after 4 losses in a row, does Randolph get the start. Is Adrian really that bad? Why did Antonio come off at half time? Injury? Dear me, replace Antonio with Snodgrass and you've got half the explanation for our loss right there. Lanzini was the only bright spark for us. Fernandes looks like he might have some potential. But we are desperately bad.
Sakho!!what was the point...
He took off carroll for sakho, who is so unfit it was embaressing...
Other results went our way in the end (except hull) but jeez where is a win (or even a goal) going to come from!!
This shower of sh*t pretending to be westham at the moment need a severe kick in the cods!!
Its allways been like this
Its allways been like this ever since i can remember the players we keep putting out week after week are just not good enough ,i watched the Chelsea v Man city game and there's light years between us its ok to keep blaming Randy but surley the out field players are have to share the blame listen we've got to be brutaly honest our players are shite ,the system we keep perusing is fukin boring ,until we get a 20 goals a season striker it'll never improve
how about 15 goals a season?
or even 12 maybe. It's pathetic how toothless we are, how bad our passing is, and how uninspired our movement off the ball.
Anyway, pretty much our whole season in the next match. Win and we are just about safe. Lose and I don't even want to think about it.
Ultimately I. Not sticking up
Ultimately I'm Not sticking up for anyone. Imcompetance runs the whole way through the club, board, back room staff, coaching and even the players. Having said that I can't understand what spell bilic has over a lot of fans? Maybe it's because they hate the board more than his incompetence? The players look a lot worse than they are due to the coaching from bilic and his staff. There is no way we are a top 6 side but also there is no way this squad should be lower than 10th. Bilic fails on almost every count as our coach. No organisation, no promotion of youth, no fitness, no motivation, poor signings, no improvement on ANY player we have in our squad, no clear tactics. It says a lot that fonte ( just recently won the euros) and snodgrass playing out of his skin both well rated can cross our threshold and immediately turn to dross. There are a lot of people who need to answer for this but our league position is down to bilic alone. Anyone who thinks this squad isn't good enough to easily avoid relegation under a well drilled manager is just deluded. After 2 years in charge I can't honestly say how bilic is trying to get us to play? So Swansea has become a huge match I don't expect much to change but if we do get the rub of the green and get 3 points we will still at least need another 3 and where are they supposed to come playing like that!
The hatred of the board is
The hatred of the board is crazy mate. I dont love them but people say they failed to back bilic are ridiculous. We've been signing players who have been reguarly playing for champions league clubs in top countries like spain and germany, then players like snodrgass who was highly regarded, and fonte who was a euro 2016 winner ayew who at one point was regarded better than payet. Then you have the fact that multiple players have come out and said about the lack of intensity of our training sessions. Our fitness coach employed by bilic was a handball coach ffs. The squad playing average is a top 10 squad. If you put someone like pochettino or koeman in charge we wouldve finished top 8 and maybe not gone out of europa embarrassingly 2 years in a row. The buck stops with Bilic, he is the reason we are going to get relegated.
Ultimately I can't disagree
Ultimately I can't disagree with anything you said there Fred. I couldn't have put it better myself.
If we need another 3 after Swansea
could it be Sunderland? They've got no chance to stay up, so nothing to play for. Of course, being West Ham ...
And that's assuming we can get past Swansea!
PS to Fred and RNI: I agree about the manager/coaching. As I said before the Hull match there's no way on paper that we lose that match. But the difference is the managing and coaching. And we lost. Same goes for each of the two matches before that. We should be clear and safe right now, but we're not.
Ashes, yes obviously it could
Ashes, yes obviously it could be Sunderland but my point is I really don't see us beating anyone unless we get really lucky!
And that means we're really playing badly!
Wish I could be there on Saturday as a 12th man!
Not so much how bad we are
Not so much how bad we are playing ashes just how poorly we set up. I'm sure the players now have a crisis of confidence too.
