Sullivan had done deal between clubs and player but bilic has vetoed deal as bilic thinks the lads unproven.....baring in mind bilic was determined to get zaza last season and look what happened there well his heads well and truly on chopping block now

why did mr bilic not say know to signing this player a lot earlier? we had allegedly been chasing this player all summer so why wait until a deals in place and suddenly say no...i expect many of you boys will be pondering the same question.....maybe we will get hernandez but this decision and its timing is most peculiar to me

All ive read is that iheanacho is in advanced talks with leicester (who have been after him for a while) & that the player is very keen to join them...wheres the proof that it is slav thats knocked it on the head??i reckon its idle gossip myself...

and they are saying it came from the club! and wowza like they are saying on there why would the club come out and basically throw Bilic under the bus...if he did not want him surely the club could of said something along the lines of it was to much money or the player didnt want to come and dealt with there differences behind closed doors but to just say yeah we did the deal but bilic said no they are deflecting any criticism from themselves and onto the manager that does not bode well....how could anyone stay in the job if that was the case.

Not sure what to believe, it does suggest there is something wrong with the relationship between Sullivan and bilic. Could this actually be the start of the end of bilic? Got a feeling he could go before the end of the window if this is true. 3 months wasted if true or he has been thrown out under the bus

then he would of gone for money out of our reach so like it or not sometimes you have to take a chance..i just wonder if last seasons disaster is still playing on Bilic"s mind and is looking for a guaranteed striker but of course there is no such thing...you pay big money you are more likely to succeed in that respect but we cannot do that...if he is so unsure then overlooking defoe because of the 3 year contract instead of the 2 years we would of offered may just come back to haunt us.

about Bilics player judgement in all honesty....he really pushed for zaza amongst others and thankfully we only loaned to buy because he just did not seem to suit us or the english game...nacho has at least got experience in the prem which cannot do any but help...so in that respect i would say he would be a better signing.

Chortle chortle, before you boys start choking on each other's pubes. That was the thing you missed all last season. Well done you finally got there

I don't get it. I see we are now linked with Ndiaye -- now there is a good example of unproven. Also linked with Arnautovic. Tidy player at times but 22 goals in 125 appearances in four EPL seasons doesn't exactly light things up. For comparison, Carlton Cole had 29 goals in 123 appearances in the four seasons from 2007-2011.

we were led to believe the deal would go through straight away if bilic had said yes. So er are we saying that was just bullsh1t then? God Sullivan just drains me.
