Transfer season picking up pace. If Arnautovic and Hernandez sign, that will be decent. Worried about the Cheikh injury.

I so hope he signs as he is a proper goalscorer but although I have heard he is signing from a few reliable sources, i'm dreading Chelski or the Spuds popping up at the last minute!

I'd expect Chelsea to be looking at a bigger signing than Hernandez, I did however hear that we have a bid excepted of 32 mill for balde of lazio and Senegal from some good sources but I'd say it might be a red herring from g and s. I've never heard of him but supposed to be better player than Lanzini altho he plays upfront or wide mid. Might be a story to hurry arnie and Hernandez deals. If we get a centre forward in the next week we will certainly have given ourselves some breathing space on transfers and some time. Won't be held too much to ransom then.

I heard he chose us over Chelsea ,now i love west ham with all my heart but why a top player would pick us over that outfit is beyond me

So Hart has signed... to be honest I wouldnt of seeked him out especially to sign. He's been on a downward slump in form for a long time amd if the reported £4.5 mil loan fee is to be believed then really it does make me think the footballing world has gone mad. We should be buying him for that value! He was a great keeper for England and City once so hopefully will rediscover his best form. A bit more encouraged by the reported prospect of Hernandez signing. Although he has hardly been a top striker in world football, he is the best quality signing we could hope to attain with out current club status. I think he could do a job for us. Kouyate wont be out for long - the boy was playing with a broken arm for the whole of last season and will want to be on the pitch as much as possible. I get the passing and positioning argument but he is great for disrupting the enemy midfield possession and even if he doesnt start is a good player to have on the bench for sheer stamina and energy. Need to get shot of Snoddy and Feghoulash. If we get Arnautovic we would of paid way too much for him so feel it will be Ayew all over again. And today assombalonga has gone to boro for 15 mil... Goven the choice who would you have Gray or Assombalonga?

Who is leaving then? Adrian or Randolph? Surely we don't have room for three international quality keepers.

thats what we seem to be for mr hart as i have been reading he did not want the option for us to buy him in the loan deal...so one has to wonder is he looking to us to rebuild a somewhat tarnished view of his abilities by playing for us in a hope that a bigger club will say yes to him when the loan deals up?...i am guessing we will now see the back of Adrian which would be a shame...brilliant he is not but he had his heart and soul in the club signed the new 2 year contract and looked set to be our number 1....palace/newcastle bound i think which would be a shame for a great character at west ham.

will be the club but because of his mistakes i think they will see how he goes this season and without a transfer fee next summer(think he's in last year at city)he would look very appealing to them..just my thoughts though blonde as they may be:-)
