He could have a point,Avram Grant was a success at chelski but pants in charge of us...dont get me wrong i want pel to be a success just like every other manager of westham,but whatever any one says the bloke is under pressure to deliver,this team needs to gel & gel quick starting with bournemouth at the weekend...which is a potential banana skin,all the pressure will be on westham to deliver & i hope we dont show the same arrogance we did last season when we played Brighton at home!!
