Very sad news, m thoughts are with Rio and his family. It puts football into perspective, at the end of the day it is just a game and not a matter of life or death.

35 is no age and a reminder how precious life is. I read his statement just now and it is so dignified. Must be so hard for him with the 3 kids. Lets just hope he given the privacy to mourn. Rest in Peace Rebecca

Everyone stood before the game today out of respect as the news was announced. Life just isn't fair to a lot of people and to lose your wife and mother of your children at such an age must be totally heartbreaking.
