Terrific performance from the whole team. Ngakia and Bowen were particularly outstanding. Fornals also showed what he can do given a decent run in the side. Even Haller went a little way to redeem a minute part of his transfer fee! Credit to Moyesy as well. Onwards and upwards!!!!!!!

Some good performances, I think the stress of our position is getting to Nobes but this result should give him heart, I thought Oggy and Diop were very solid, Bowen, Fornals, Haller and Antonio gave Saints plenty of problems.
Rice solid, Ngakia a tad naive at times but crikey when called upon he nailed it. Cress looked a bit off the pace and Fabs just ooozes confidence in the back 4. Regards Ngakia he has been a breath of the fresh stuff, looks confident he reminds me of Rice' early games and I can see this lad in an England shirt sooner rather than later.

that WE should have been the team to have ended Liverpool's unbeaten run on Monday night!!! Then for THEM to play like a bunch of AMATEURS against Watford just beggars belief!!!

Up the scousers Monday night ready for Watford to do the business!! I think they will get out of it now,Norwich, villa & Brighton/Bournemouth to go down unless we f*ck it all up....

Play two up front and it works, gives you options from defence and with the Beast making runs he was unplayable at times!

Good line up and great performance all round. I thought Rice was awesome. Ngakia and Cresswell were the weakest links IMO. I think the youngster has a lot to learn starting with the basics such as throw ins, never found one of his fellow players and gave the ball away too easily but I think he has a futures, the step to the prem is a very big one, you get found out often. Feeling optimist, good day at the BoM :o)

Hear what you are saying but I hope he sticks with this format on Saturday. We always play badly against the "passing teams" , we chase the ball for 90 mins with no impact. The two up front gives the defenders and midfield much greater options and Haller and The Beast look very dangerous stopping the opposition from getting forward for fear of us hitting them on the counter.
