Compared to all the controversial penalties at the weekend, why was that not a penalty when there was obvious contact on Dawson? Why was the referee not asked to review it on the VAR? Well Chelsea, Liverpool, Man United, and Man City should not have had those critical penalties if this one was overlooked.
