Bowen back to his best, someone has gave him a kick up the jacksy!! Scamacca has nailed down the strikers spot surely?Souscek again, fornals & even 2 pints why?? Downes, benny & Emerson for them 3 is a better option imo but 3 points is like gold dust so will take that

But still sitting way to deep and giving the opposition to much of the ball in our own half....

Fabs...couple long range efforts to deal with otherwise a quiet day.
Kehrer....Dove into a couple of tackles early on but played well on the right(coufals days numbered)
Zouma/Dawson.....Solid as ever and feels safer with those two playing together.
Cresswell.....nothing special today still needs to be replaced.
Cornet....never in it and a couple of dives he needs to stop doing
Pacquetta....Couple of nice touches and some good passing but needs to toughen up a bit(reminds me of Lanzini when he first arrived)
Rice...Average performance but that was enough against this opposition.
Soucek....a steady performance sitting back covering the defence he did ok
Bowen...Much better performance from him today and constantly getting fouled is his life nowadays took his chance really well.
Scamacca.....grew into the game physically very strong and he had some nice touches and clearly knows how to bring teammates into the game...lovely goal couple of moments earlier he wished had his time again on but a very good performance and one to build on for sure.
Emerson.....for me he starts ahead of Cresswell but but he did fine in his minutes on the pitch.
Antonio....Looked like he had something to prove and clearly frustrated at not scoring that can only be a good thing now he has to perform with his place no longer a given.

Moyes......Much much improvement required at least he admitted we did not play that well but it shows how poor Wolves are right now.....he needs to trust the players more and stop sitting back encouraging teams onto us...Bad as Wolves were had any of the chances they had gone in before we scored we would of been looking at a very different result methinks....a wins a win but a lot of work still to be done.

Came on here expecting euphoric comments about how fantastic we were but glad to see that you seem to have seen the same game as me. 3 very important points against a piss poor, injury ravaged Wolves team and at no point was it a comfortable win. Changed the personnel but not the tactics. This team could do so much better with a bit of freedom to play on the front foot. If Fabs hadn't stopped the early blazer then things could have been so different.

Like I said above 3 points & a clean sheet is so valuable.Squeaky bum time 2nd half....the defence was right & cress was better. But why not benny in the 2nd half? Ants with Scam? Moyes has the players to play entertaining, attacking football! We saw it the first half with Scam & Bowen, more of that please

It certainly wasnt a comfortable win,but got the much needed points,we gave the ball away too much,if it would of been a team with more force we would of been spanked,we need to push forward more,Scammacca will get better,as long as he gets played.

Lucky they were very poor, but if Costa had of put that header in the momentum would have been with them.Onwards & upwards though

3 points in the back pocket not a brilliant performance but one that will bring in confidence to the team .Now i wonder what team he will put out on Thursday should be interesting .C.O.Y.I
