Results elsewhere have seen Hammers drop down to one place above the Premier League relegation zone ahead of tonight's home game against Bournemouth, a defeat would get the 'natives' all restless again and heap more pressure onto a squad that should be doing better given the recent substantial investment in it. However, a win would catapult West Ham above Brentford and into tenth place.
The game will come a bit too soon for both Cornet and Aguerd to participate fully, but they ARE training with the rest of the squad and one or both of them COULD be on the bench for tonight's crucial game against Bournemouth who are currently being managed by ex-Hammer Gary O'Neil, following the sacking of another ex-Hammer Scotty Parker.
The sooner Aguerd can feature the better, there is a reason the club stumped up around £30 Million for him! The Morrocan International really is a cut above most central defenders and will bring steel, guile and determination to the left centre back berth that has been sorely missing.
As to the rest of the squad, David Moyes is well into his 'smoke and mirrors' injury reports which generally bare absolutely NO resemblance to the truth! Lucas Paqueta is either on his last legs and out for 6 months or he might be fit to play tonight. THe Brazilian will probably be on the bench initially but will be chuntering in his manager's ear to get on the pitch, a bench warmer the 'Pacman' isn't!
We at the Org don't doubt that at least a point could have been garnered from the game at Anfield last Wednesday if Pacman had played possibly all three points, he really is a top player and when he and the other new signings finally gell or return from injury Hammers could be a force to be reckoned with. - LN

Have to agree with you Louis
Have to agree with you Louis regarding WestvHam being a force. But Moyes has to get this lot playing on the front foot from the start.
