Pity that Mubama's goal has
Pity that Mubama's goal has been overturned to a own goal. But we can consider it to be his goal. Impressed with how the youngsters gelled in so well and moved the ball in a very fluid manner. Scarles a 16 year old was outstanding and a pity that he did not score. The goalkeeper got his fingertips to keep it out. Looks like a future replacement for Cresswell. Downes should be starting in the first team. He and Coventry really bossed the midfield and it suited the likes of Lanzini's style of play. To me this team performed far better than the first team did against FCSB at the London Stadium.
