It takes a moment of brilliance from Bowen, but to br honest we have been poor. Second to every ball.

Never thought I'd live to see it happen. May there be many, many more trophies to come. So proud of the Bowen, and the lads, and the manager. My father-in-law, from Plaistow, finally got to see them lift a trophy. He missed the FA Cup victory against Arsenal by being here in Australia. Thought they had won it against Liverpool. Finally, finally, a cup. We saw it together. So happy for him -- 80 years this July.

Without getting too soppy and sentimental but...like many on here, my 33 year old Son has supported WH all his life, as he puts it, 30 odd years through thin and thin... well he and your families have at long last something to celebrate, tough gig being a Hammer and living among Arse, Chav, Spudz etc etc for all of them and us.... our day has come! Have a great time everyone, we kept the faith COYI's!!!!!!

says it all, Dartford. That's what it's been, despite a few moments portending something greater. Wish I could be there at all the pubs in the East End tonight (or last night now?). Match kicked off at 5:00 am here, on a Thursday morning.

It takes some getting used to Dartford that's for sure. Thankfully streaming services have made it easier to watch our beloved WH whenever we want, wherever we want. I watched the 1st half at home and 2nd half on the train to work, stopping outside the station to see Benny's penalty and the rest at my desk. Thankfully no-one else around to hear my colourful language!!!!

takes some getting used to! I watched it on STAN and also have OPTUS through my daughters account. The footie package works out to be a round £3 / month... unbelievable for every game! I was tempted to go into Sydney but worried for what ever reason the game wouldnt be on in the Sports bar, regret that now as Madisons was bouncing!!!

OPTUS is terrific value for us down under. The home fans criticise a lot that they don't get to watch Saturday games on TV but for us, to have the choice of what we want is what the PL has made itself. Selling it's product worldwide whilst keeping some of it's heritage in maintaining a TV blackout at 3pm on Saturday's.
