Fresh on the heels of Saturday's resounding win away at Brighton fans would have been expecting 'positive' vibes even from Mr Non Committal himself David Moyes, unfortunately there is a ghastly rumour doing the rounds that Hammers are 'back in for' Manchester United outcast Harry Maguire!
Surely this CANNOT be! Why on earth would Hammers want to pay somewhere in the region of £30 Million for Maguire? He is over 30 years old, on massive money and can't even get brought on as a Sub up at Old Trafford, in other words the exact opposite of the 'Steidten' template for young progressive players with a massive sell on value.
Hopefully these 'rumours' are just that, a desperate attempt by Man U to offload one of the 'drains on their resources' that they cannot wait to ditch. They are trying to play poker with West Ham who's chief believer in Maguire IS David Moyes, someone needs to sit the manager down in a dark room and explain to him that the signing of Harry Maguire and the huge amount of money it would *iss away would be a massive step backwards for the club and should be avoided AT ALL COSTS!
Things have been progressing swimmingly well SINCE attempts at signing Maguire were cancelled, why wreck a good thing? The team spirit is plain for all to see, why bring in an outsider on massive wages who clearly doesn't even want to be at a 'smaller club'?

We do not need that slow overrated Maguire we have enough defensively and put your foot down with Aguered who is rumoured to want to go back to Rennes.....that is the only reason i see why this Maguire rumour has resurfaced....much like Lingard Moyes just has an obsession with getting in ex pass there sell by date manure players.
