West Ham United have been drawn at home against local rivals Arsenal for the next round of the League Cup, not perhaps the draw people were hoping for but at least it will be a home tie. Games will be played the week commencing the 30th of October with the ties being organised to accommodate both West Ham and Arsenal's European competition commitments.

Hammers ex-captain and talisman Declan Rice will return 'home' for the fixture in what will be an enthralling contest!-Ed

Deluded Hammer's picture

Give him no special treatment of idolatry as he made it clear we weren't "big" enough for him and no loyalty was shown despite all the badge kissing and thumping. He hasn't left in the Defoe or Paul Ince mode so no need for bile and hatred towards him. That said, I can't see him scoring against us and goading our fans ala Lampard and Joe Cole, chest thumping and pulling at his Arsenal club crest into our faces. Until he does we treat him no different to any other away player. Rio Ferdinand and Carlos Tevez managed to keep us onside so no reason Rice can't, but lets face it, and this is only my opinion, we're in a better place now he has gone.
