It started with Ings against Manure it was never a Pen but Var said yes it is.. then against Wolves two penalties that Var said naaa they are not which saved our bacon and yesterday against Bournemouth Handball the ref and Linesman did not see Var go oh yes that is a pen so lets be thankful for VAR:-) and not rubbish it till.............next time!
I always thought
That VAR was only meant to get involved in clear and obvious decisions but here we are, still measuring down to the last pixel or looking fifteen or sixteen times at an incident and THEN telling a ref to go and have another look.
Bring back the days when there was no VAR and we'd all argue a decision down the pub after
a game dependant on where we were sitting/standing
I’m not a fan of how it slows
I’m not a fan of how it slows the game down whilst multiple checks are happening, the only good thing is it’s stopped the top 4 getting so many decisions go their way, it’s amazing how they can still get it wrong though even with all this technology, as you say, West Ham have benefited from VAR this season
Agreed
We have had the rub of the green so far this season with VAR but that will not last
I'm with Deluded. Get rid of
I'm with Deluded. Get rid of VAR. Ain't gonna happen though. Ruins the game for the reasons we all know about. Just a matter of time until we get some horrendous decisions, probably result changing in the last knockings of a game!
