Eyes Wonder Towards Mexican Talisman

Submitted by Louis Nixon on Fri, 14/11/2025 - 11:45

Across Nuno’s past, he’s had one of his most successful spells at Wolves, in which he had a Mexican Talisman to lead the lines. Raul Jimenez was a crucial forward for the club’s success and was a primary outlet for Nuno’s goals, so it has been decided to target the South American way and not sign the striker from Fulham himself.

The Hammers have been keeping an eye on Mexican giant Santiago Gimenez from AC Milan after the Italian’s are ready to throw in the towel, and use him as a pawn in their attempts to secure Fullkrug within the deal.

The club were previously interested in Santiago Gimenez whilst he was at Feyenoord. Last Summer, he made the move to Italy, where he has made 9 appearances and is goalless in all and has a measly sole assist to his name. A deal was concluded for a standard €30,000,000 fee in which AC Milan will hope to recoup the majority of it if a deal is done with the Hammers.

Contrary to some’s beliefs, Nichlas Fullkrug has a lot of interest in him for the January window, so concluding a deal shouldn’t be too difficult and his replacement will eventually be sorted out, but in the best-case scenario, a swap deal with AC Milan could be completed… added cash on our side the club has acknowledged but utilising the Kraut to negotiate a lower fee could be vital.

But is untried in the prem so might take a while to settle but he should add a bit of height to the attack some thing we seem to be missing, plus with AC Milan interested in Fulkrug gotta be a big bonus getting him off our books, and that will only leave Hermansen,Ward Prowse,Rodriguez to get rid of
