If you build it they will come... for the right price! Lower ticket prices will boost attendances and stratford will be easier to get to for a lot of people.
I agree, and also think we have a largely untapped 'hinterland' of possible supporters. But much depends on the club being more successful... The kids for a quid is a great forward thinking idea, catch 'em young and they'll probably stay for life.
Ticket prices at stratford!Renewing my academy membership today purely to make sure i get tickets this season.But bit peeved they have put it up to 40 quid each for me & my 2,also no half price games on offer.Now i realise its the last season at the boleyn,but imo they know that people who dont have season tickets due to work & family commitments will still be desperate to go to some games.....ive said it time & again the one thing sugo have got to get right is affordable prices at stratford if not i fear the worst for our club...rant over:)
According to that report our present capacity is 35,333 but official sources (ie the club) state it is 35,016 and segregation of fans limits us to 34,977 so we have in effect a higher percentage than stated.
