West Ham have endured a tough start to the 2022/23 campaign as they sit third from bottom in the Premier League table having picked up just four points from their opening six matches. Saturday’s frustrating defeat to Chelsea optimized the season so far, as West Ham played well but failed to get the points their performance deserved. Many will point to a poor decision from the officials to rule out the late equaliser, which only heightened the sense of frustration around the club right now.

Let’s take a look at West Ham’s next six fixtures:

West Ham vs FCSB – September 8th

Up next West Ham begin their Europa Conference League campaign when they welcome FCSB to the London Stadium on Thursday 8th September. The Hammers were disappointed to miss out on Europa League qualification after finishing two points behind Man Utd last season, but they are the joint favourites at the real money casinos online to win the Conference League so David Moyes will want to take it seriously. West Ham should have very little difficultly dispatching of FCSB on home soil to get off to the perfect start in Group B.

West Ham vs Newcastle – September 11th

Mega-rich Newcastle United head to the London Stadium this weekend and Moyes will be desperate to get back to winning ways after the disappointing result at Chelsea. Newcastle sit mid-table having taken seven points from their six matches so far and West Ham will expect a tough game on Sunday.

Silkeborg vs West Ham – September 15th

West Ham play their second Europa Conference League game when they take on Silkeborg in Denmark later this month. The minnows are expected to be the whipping boys in Group B and the Hammers should be confident of coming home with all three points.

Everton vs West Ham – September 18th

The final game before the international break sees West Ham travel to Goodison Park to take on Everton. The Toffees have also endured a tough start to the new season and if their poor form continues, the Moyes could be facing a new manager in the opposition dugout with Frank Lampard coming under increasing pressure. West Ham will hope to secure a positive result on Merseyside.

West Ham vs Wolves – October 1st

After the break, West Ham welcome Wolves to the capital for a game they really should be looking to win. Wolves have a strong squad but haven’t settled yet this season and have won just one of their six matches so far. According to betting sites such as casino en ligne france West Ham and Wolves are expected to be close competitors this season so this will be a good test for the Hammers. However, Moyes will hope his side do enough to claim all three points at the London Stadium.

Anderlecht vs West Ham – October 6th

The Hammers play arguably their toughest Europa Conference League fixture when they take on Anderlecht in Belgium in early October. Moyes will hope to have secured six points in Group B by this point so he may see a draw as a decent result away to Anderlecht.

It’s certainly going to be an interesting few weeks ahead for West Ham as they look to recover from a poor start in the Premier League and kick-off their European adventure on a more positive note. Moyes will be demanding improved results and there are some favourable games coming up that should see them climbing up the table.- LN

Im not bothered about Europe,we must start winning in the league,if we were a proven regular top six club then we could handle Europe.

Apparently we are favourites already to lift it! So that means we won't get through the group stages! ;)
