Very disappointing today,i thought we would of got something.
Wasn't expecting anything tbh
But that was a poor performance. Bowen in particular was woeful as he has been for some time and Wan Basakka was equally as bad as he was against City last week. We miss Summerville badly, that unnecessary cup win against Brentford is badly biting us on the bum and now we have another cup game against Leeds we could equally do without. Hopefully there will be a line up against them which shows we just don't need or want a cup run, especially one that goes to extra time with an important must win game against Wolves coming up who have now decided to put up a fight. The original starting line up with Todibo was a poor decision to make against a Villa side having a wobble and bringing in Potts was a cowardly mistake. Traore should have started down the left, and putting Pablo and then Frenandez out there was laughable. We can all blame Mads, yes he might have done better but he also made saves Areola would only have watched wizz past him in bafflement. Two new goalkeepers are needed for next season and it shouldn't be too hard to find an improvement on either of our two current ones.

Yes, there was no fight today. Obviously there was a game plan with 3 at the back that went out the window. But that can change in a game too. I disagree about the cup run. I want the best team available against Leeds and want a Wembley date. What a lift that would be..
