We have been made aware by several supporters that there has been a very serious glitch in the club's ticketing system that relates to under 18 year olds and their Covid declarations ahead of the game. Season ticket holders had ALL been sent a Covid questionnaire ahead of the game, however many under 18's were unable to fill in their own declarations due to a default setting that ONLY allows people over 18 to fill the form in.
We checked this situation out and found that certain browsers were not able to 'return' the requested form as it currently is, unfortunately we were only made aware of this problem yesterday evening and were unable to get through to our contact at the club to clarify things.
As things stand there are going to be some massive queues at the ticketing office today, as fans who are over 14 but under 18 try to access their tickets. Apparently according to our techie, the normal system has not been able to interface correctly with ALL browsers and seems to have been worked on overnight!
IF young fans have NOT received the e-mail with their ticket attached by 10:00 AM, we firmly recommend getting to the ground at least ONE HOUR ahead of the game, preferably one hour and a half hours in order to avoid missing the start of the game.
ANY further info will be uploaded to this site as soon as we get it. LN
