Back from my break yesterday and switched on my mobile(nope don't take it with me when i'm away)and i had a number of messages from West Ham!!!!!!!
Now i stopped being a club member so long ago the memory has faded but i think it is a telling tale how desperate the club must be they were calling to say that my name was top of the list for season tickets(note the plural)and i had to act now to avoid disappointment in missing out on what is going to be an exciting season ahead.
When i stopped laughing and thinking about it all i just thought blimey all these years on and the club still keep your details which is frightening enough and the fact that i never renewed my season ticket after we left the Boleyn and i never put my name on that Laughable £10 waiting list for a season ticket you now wonder what has happened to the alleged many thousands who were on it and where have they gone if the club are now digging up old info to try and sell tickets.
Anyone else had this? or am i special like my dear old mum used to say!

I think Mac that there is a lot that havent renewed for next season, and as for the 10 quid waiting list there isnt one,im convinced of it all even more now at what you have just said.On the morning of the deadline,i got texts,of "this is your last chance to renew, dont miss out on what is going to be a great season"Yeh right....I will go up for a beer and the socialising, but certainly wont miss that long walk, and all the lengthy queing,it all became a real drain, with a massive 90 mins let down, the club has had thousands from me over the years....no more.
Like you Bikey. I've never
Like you Bikey. I've never set foot inside the BOM since the day we left Upton Park. I used to get the odd message, but not anymore. May of had something to do with me unsubscribing to the list out of protest...?
