Bling(k) And You'll Miss Him!

Jesse Lingard's "gone with the wind" potential epic appearance at Hammers' 'Goose Green' training ground has had more twists and turns than a Michael Moorcock Novel, with even more expected before the on off transfer grinds to its ultimate conclusion.

It is pretty clear who likes or dislikes Jesse Lingard in the Press and Media, their opinions not based on facts or figures come to that, but merely on conjecture and some 'divine' insight into the mind of a player who is about to make the biggest decision that remains in his career!

Of course Lingard is going to take his time and consider all of the options available to him, he and his advisers would be crazy not too, realistically this is Jesse Lingard's last big career move so he as a free agent is entitled to take 'all the time in the world' before making his final decision.

Lingard's stance has 'irked' some fans who question whether Lingard is just using the club to 'up the ante' for what will most likely be the final deal he signs in his career. A lot of 'fan sites' have been having their say about how Lingard would prefer to stay up North or to go to Italy, that is how diverse their opinions are, all of which are pure conjecture as things stand.

It should be remembered that Jesse Lingard has been out of contract with Manchester United for less than TWENTY FOUR HOURS! We still expect him to sign for West Ham, but he will be in no hurry to complete the deal, West Ham on the other hand, while keen to get the deal done will also try to not be paying a month's £600,000 salary when they don't have to.

In an ideal World Lingard would be signed and be about to join up for training and pre-season games in Scotland, but it doesn't work that way for club's not financed by Bookies or Pariah States, (Betway are Bookies, but they don't OWN West Ham).

If and when Lingard DOES arrive for his medical, best keep your eyes peeled, because he will be in and out quicker than a vicar at a clerical abuse enquiry! - Ed

During ANY transfer window, the media and fansite echo chamber is in full effect with all of those opinionated views pushed out with such force, that they almost invoke nausea.

Common sense is now seen as the hiding place for sissies. Whilst the media and fan sites look for hits when spouting opinions as fact on the as yet unknown. If any of these hypocrites were to be in the same position as Jesse they would also find this gun-to-the-head vitriol, ridiculous.

Having made foolish comments in the past, at some point I was able to wake myself up, look at myself in the mirror and put it all into perspective. Would I welcome Jesse Lingard back to West Ham........ Yes, with open arms, as I have seen enough of him to realise that there aren't many players of his ability, being able to do what he can and I truly believe that he would make a massive difference to our team... Guaranteed!
If he does end up here, I will be over the moon, but it will be entirely his decision.

So pay his wages or stump up £50 odd million on a player at half the wages who may, or may not hack it in the Premier League. The only downside could be upsetting a club wage structure assuming it has one, which I doubt seeing as they are willing to offer 200 mill to Declan.

Time will tell, ive made it clear on a few posts of my opinion, and wanting him to sign,it was plain to see he fitted in with us a treat,i would be seriously pissed off if he did the dirtiest thing and joined the Spud,we all would.

He's gonna end up there now! He will probably sit on the bench again, but the spuds will enjoy signing yet another player under our noses

I think him going to Tottenham is the least of our worries. The time Moyes is taking to snare him is time we are losing to strengthen our paper thin squad. We are going to be left with ALL the shit once this Lingard saga is done & dusted.

Seems like Broja will also be a lost cause as he maybe on his way to........ you guessed it Newcastle. 6 more critical signings and West Ham targets are losing to even clubs like Nottingham Forest and Brentford. Expect the same type of squad as last year, and players like Yarmalenko may even come back to haunt us!!

So have i 57 years,if you dont have hope, how can you move forward,as is in life, there is plenty of money in this club, but it never gets put in the right areas,West ham has been a club that has been used to line individuals pockets, and that can go back to the Cearns Family, and dosent seem to have changed,im sorry to say.

moment there lads 57yrs and counting and yes i know we are not a big money club but on reflection as to what has happened to other clubs most recently chelski and derby and lets see how the bar codes develop with their new found pot of gold i take some comfort that we are english owned and they do know how football fans behave and what to expect when they don't deliver on promises they make .
