Darren Randolph has finally left the building, it is not his fault that the Hammers stopper was more wary of splinters from the bench rather than sprinters from the pitch! The ex-Republic of Ireland goal keeper was brought back to the club as a panic purchase and has rarely ever been used.

Signed for £5 Million from Boro, Randolph has spent more time on celebrity gossip pages as opposed to sports pages, his ill fated at the time attempts at looking after Andy Carroll were captured on ALL the front pages of the red tops.

The amiable keeper had a further 18 months left on his contract but it is believed only a token fee will be paid as the Irons do have an abundance of quality keepers available to back up Fabianski and Areola should they be needed.

Perhaps he will be able to nudge Neto out of the number one spot with the Cherries and re-energise his career, what ever way it does seem the best choice for all parties and we wish him well on the South Coast.

But spent more time on the sidelines than Jordan Hugill!! If Nipples can hardly get a game there was not much chance of Randolph ever getting any minutes! For so called shrewd business people they havnt half wasted some money on wages & fees over the years

He wasnt a bad keeper really wish him all the best, its our out field players is the problem, especially nearly all this new lot, cant with stand a full game, sign a contract then straight on the bench, show them the way to the work area, called the pitch, then straight on sick pay,in the real world this lot would be constantly on the dole, work shy.

Never saw why we spent all that money on Areola, especially his alleged ridiculous wages. Even Nick Pope went for less and he knocks seven bells out of Areola if we needed a replacement for Fabs as opposed to a back up. Randolph was a more than adequate back up.

Oi big boy, what's your name?

Is it me or is it a bit weird that he's allegedly been in contact with other cubs ( his agent I guess) about a possible move.Quoted as saying if I go I go if i stay I stay....call me old fashioned but that says to me he wants out if possible! All a bit strange to me or is it just the modern game?

In my opinion,Big Mick is the only one that puts any threat to opponents defence i know he lashes at the ball at times and misses, but he can power through,if he goes our final third will be as weak as piss.

The Antonio story seems to have been either deleted by the BBC or the link is broken. Cannot open it. Doubt Antonio will be allowed to leave with both Scamacca and Ings unable to start for a couple more weeks at the very least!!
