Apart from the last game at our spiritual home when was the last time we turned over these mancs....especially with a manager like Moyes!

A brilliant performance & fully deserved! Should have had a penalty yet again no VAR...if it was klopp the Clint would have a broken leg from tripping over running after the officials....so happy tonight, pretty much secures our prem status now for the Europey cup!!

We have attacking players,Ants,Bowen & Benny ( when he's on fire he's top class!) Pac,Rice even souscek ( so much better in a forward role).... sitting back defensively does not work with these players ala citeh when we defended all game, hoofed it back to them when we were in possession. Its the old Westham way attack, entertain! even if we lose its all proper westham fans expect! But on the flipside we grab a great win now again playing like that against a top side, the LS looked like it was rocking on one of the rare occasions but I'm sure it will happen more playing like that!!

Temporary ceasefire anyone???

I know that it was only Manure, but you can only beat the team in front of you.

Kehrer was the most improved player. He kept Rash Rashford quiet at most times. Then he even covered for the centre back lapses. Has to sew up that spot for now over Johnson with Coufal's injury. But definitely West Ham deserved all 3 points especially with the second half and this display reminded us of the first half of last Season. Rice was back to his top form and struck a great partnership with a player that is steadily elevating his game in Paqueta. Apart from giving the ball away a few times this Brazilian was a class over everyone else on the pitch. Not surprised if the likes of Barcelona, Man City or other top Championship clubs come soliciting for his services. Antonio was a pain in the Man Utd defence. If only he could have scored a few goals, but what is working is the manner in which he switched positions with Benhrama to confuse the Man Utd defenders. All in all the owners were correct in sticking with Moyes for this Season, as survival was critical and those relegation contenders who fired their managers are getting deeper and deeper into the sinking sand. If Moyes not only keeps West Ham up but manages to add the Conference Cup, then this will be an achievement for him. Maybe he will get some more top brass summer signings to elevate West Ham to the next Level!!

...continuity and longevity formerly the West Ham Way and the reason for our successes of the past is apparently an old-fashioned idea and the name of the game these days is the quick fix.
The very same "quick fix" which never seems to work, but creates the temporary illusion of control and being proactive.
