Play your best team and the opponents on the day worry about the other matches when we play them but it appears as feared Moyes thought he could win with half a side and we aint that good to do that.

our worst performance this season...and that was down to Moyes starting line up which was shocking......if you go into a match against Brighton at home thinking purely defensively you deserve everything you get

Benny for Haller, lanzini for nobes, like we said from the start would have won that comfortably! Play like that against Southampton & Everton we will get stuffed

Southhampton next and there needs to be a massive kick up the arse for the players. Moyes has to wake up to the fact that Haller in shit, Noble is too slow and he needs to start Benrahma and Lanzini. We can only hope.

We should be winning these sort of games, why Benrahma isnt getting played i just dont know,as for Haller, another pathetic display as always.

Did not deserve a point but ha sometimes we deserve 3 and get b nada. Can't understand why he picked that line up unless he was thinking of Southampton but why do that we are not Liverpool, win this then think about them.

Its not Southampton hes thinking of Vida ,its the next one after that ,i have a terrible feelin hell put the same team out against the saints ,yep he'll save his best for the Everton game ,criminal

Thats why he falls short of ever being a top class manager ,top managers don't make them kind of mistakes ,that's me finished with him, as far as I'm concerned he's led us down the garden path

God you lot talk some shit. I agree Moyes got it wrong today but he has got it right more than wrong this year. I get it most on here don’t like Haller but bagging Moyes for getting it wrong this game after the start we had against all odds is just stupid. It is Xmas .. there are lots of games ... squad rotation is part of the parcel ... positive is it was a much better second half and Moyes at least owned his mistake and made changes needed ... bad performance, I agree, but the reaction to Moyes on here is severe overkill.

Is predicting what would happen before a ball is kicked? Most of us saw the line up & knew what was going to happen! Most of us have been following westham for at least half a century,we know what players are shit or not! For some strange reason you actually believe Haller is a good player! As for moyes hes been praised more than any other manager weve had for a long time, but he got it severely wrong with that line up today & is not immune from being dug out!!Maybe its you talking shit pal

Yeah, I believe Haller is a talented player, does some nice hold up play, capable of stunning goals. But he is playing crap and his confidence is shot. I fully understand people’s frustrations with him. But to be fair, last few games our crossing has been dreadful and no exception today. Positive is despite drop in form we are hanging on in. Next game we have a fresh Fornals and Benrahma. The value of squad rotation and hopefully Antonio not far away. Fornals is one that frustrates me too. Great work ethic but so often the end product not there. Just gotta keep the faith but those wanting to give up on Moyes ... that’s overkill.

Thats how you start a run of three matches that we have this week...two away against teams playing very well this season and much tougher prospects than this match...Moyes as you say may of owned his mistake by changing his line up at the break but why start such a line up against a team like Brighton? was he in fear of there free goal scoring ways? if thats the case i fully expect to see us going 424 as clearly southampton and everton have defensive frailties...put out your strongest team worry about the other games when you get to them...our squad is paper thin but trying to be clever and think we can beat Brighton with anything less than our best shows arrogance to me....Moyes has done well for us but when he makes obvious errors in the line up and not just we who support them notice it but all the pundits who have played at the highest level to question it then i for one do not think its harsh to call him out on it

We have plenty of options for players on the wing so taking Haller out and putting Bowen or Benrahma up front would not hurt the balance of the squad but i am guessing that moyes does not see them as a physical presence so persists with Haller....Yarma is big if thats what he wants and can keep Bowen etc wide but he appears not to either want to do it or believes they can't do it...but Haller can? get your head out of your backside Moyes

your feelings burkie but moyes hasn't done a bad job, and his signings have been good it's the players he has inherited that have been the problem but why oh why he persists with haller i just do not understand as we all have said when he is in the team we might as well play with 10 men

Your not Scots by any chance brooking ,? I'm anyone who keeps playing Haller hasn't a clue, football can be mind games as well as skill ,fitness and tactics ,the team he put out there today was an open invitational for Brighton to attack us ,not only that but the sycolodgical effects of playing Noble ,never mind Haller ,can start a rot which can easily have us sliding down the table ,we've moved on from Noble ,he's been an excellent West ham player but that's in the past ,granted his signings have been good but having a genuine playmaker like Benn on the bench is a crime .
But to keep playing what is obviously a dud week after week to me is deviating from realty.
Your more than entitled to your opinion brooking ,but inmo British managers don't cut it anymore , ala Aladyice, Dean Smith, Roy Hodgson cocontinental bosses are the way forward

If you do, have a word in his shell about Haller...If there were a crowd in any of our games this season that Big lump of lard excuse for a striker would be boo'ed off every week...shameful he keeps getting picked over better players. Roll on Antonio's comeback, eh...! ! !

Said it before imo Ants injury is more serious than at first thought ,we had better be lucky in January's market other wise we're stuck with this dud

Why does he persist with him up front? I could understand if like years gone by we had no options on the bench! Attacking players - bowen lanzini & benny or yarmo, snodgrass can do a job too...I've backed Moyes & I think he has done really well, maybe as pointed out elsewhere hes been told to play le sulk by the dildos....but its backfiring imo if they want him in the shop window
