If that wasn't a case of backing into the keeper then I don't know what was. The ref WAS Andre Marriner though, so why should I be surprised? No excuses for the second howler though.
Slav's after match interview wasn't very uplifting either.
It was only a 'fair' result because we allowed it to be so.
Why did we not go for the jugular after we went 2-1 up???

but the team has turned up its heels, its reported that the wages for some of our players are upsetting the likes of Noble, Kouyate and others, when you see Snodgrass and Fonte on reportedly 60,000 a week and they are playing shit you can understand but to me that doesn't mean you put in bad performances it means you go out and prove to the board that you are worth more. If we survive this reason then we need to get rid of the shit players like Nordvelt, Callieri and the like bring in a decent right back a decent striker and give the young blokes a go, what's the use of sending them out on loan to get experience and have them sitting on someone else's bench. Put them on our bench and when you ee a player not having a go give the kids a go, at least they will give it all they have.
As for Mr Bilic, I love his passion and he is great with the media but I don't like his stubbornnes of sticking to players that are not performing. Ido not like the way he tries to change a midfielder or winger into a back and lately I do not like his team selections. I know injuries have been bad this season but for gods sake if you have a winger play him on the wing, if you need a right back then make it a priority in the window
As for the rest of the games to come I agree that it will be touch and go but hopefully the teams below us will stay there and we can jag at least a couple of draws as Ican't see a win in the future and then let the cleanout begin.

and one season to tear down. We were in a good position last season to try and consolodate a position inside the top 10. It seemed so believable. We'd gotten promoted, steadied the ship, parted ways with Relegation Salvation Master Allerdici, and moved into the top 10 with some exciting play (thanks to Payet) and with talented new young signings to come along. Now it's all gone tits up and there are holes everywhere: striker, playmaker, winger, left back, right back, central defence, goalkeeper. We're not getting back to top 10 form in one season with gaps like that. But the Daves have to invest big time this summer or its suicide, and it would be good to bring in a strong manager who could keep us up and perhaps settle us in 12th or so. Here we go again!
