Carlton Cole has been fined by the FA for an offensive tweet. Not a great deal in this really, and the tweet is neither racist or that offensive IMO, but Carlton should know better than to be goaded by a bloody spurs fan! Full story http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/31719618

I'd like to see exact accounting of where all these fines go. Do they pay for shirts and coaches for under privileged kids, or do they pay for slap up dinners for FA officials?
