Potter has had 5 months before summer to have had his little soldiers lined up with alternatives should they fail. These signings should have all been done and dusted in the first week, if not two weeks of the window, pre season gelling of players and a team we can see where Potter is going. Even more alarming is the players we are letting go, have let go and the ones who we (Well Potter anyway) Want to get rid of. Five days to go and we're still stuck with an unwanted Rodriguez and an unwanted ( by Potter anyway) Emerson.

This is another player from the championship who i feel could do a job for us up front and would not cost a kings ransom......Sargent from Norwich would for me be a decent purchase at a price we could afford and whilst many we think hang on that names nowhere near exotic enough for us i just think he would be perfect for us..pacy not overly so break goal scoring records probably not but i reckon he would get minimum 10 goals which would not be a bad return considering what we have been used to over recent times...of course it will not happen but just saying that's all
