Soul sapping

That is West Ham right now and has been for a few seasons now.
The fans like junkies needing a fix turn up hoping this time the high will come will hit like the first time but it never does.
The players turn up thinking today is the day we show everyone that we are worth supporting and being sung about but the second the whistle goes it is like a petrol car that has had diesel put in it.
Nuno does not suffer this affliction he is immune as he is Typhoid Mary.
The board do not suffer either as they are in quarantine and denying that this has anything to do with decisions made by themselves.
And so this spiral of denial and blame will go on amongst the fanbase in the Cliques in the dressing room the boardroom everywhere except the managers room where he sits quietly hoping that his tactics will lead to a very nice payoff not on the pitch of course but in his bank account.

West Ham where have you gone? i like so many others miss you.

50 For Soucek

By my reckoning that's 50 goals for Super Tom. Following his late strike against the Saints. A true blood and guts professional. He always gives 100% on and off the field. A real fans favourite at the BOM and on the road with the away fans.

Well played son COYI...

Kilman

Just wondering what is the general opinion of Kilman these days, seems to be first on the team sheet every match day , compared to last season where he was hardly able to get a game .the general consensus last year was that he was worst than useless, now he never gets a mention in dispatches.

I have been very critical of him for the past couple of years ,but tonight he showed his true colours, but you've got to look at the full picture,he came on in the 2 nd, and in a role that's new to him ,we were well on top and no pressure 90 odd% of play, I reckon it it reinforces my point ,at 31 years of age ,too me his defensive mid-field role can be suspect he seems to get tired of he plays the 90 minute game ,and at times times seems too be one paced.
What ever I feel about his ability you can't say anything about his loyalty to this club ,I reckon he's already joined the legends squad .
I wish him nothing but the best .

Must Win?

So we head into the Lincoln game 7 points behind the leader Swansea. How did that happen?
It was only 3 games ago we were top and we haven't lost since either.
But if there was ever proof that fighting to the last second matters almost as much as not starting like a Sunday pub team all hungover from the night before it was shown by 3 of the current top 4. Swansea, 'Boro and WBA all scoring their winner in the last 5mins.
If Bowen hadn't of missed his late penalty against QPR we'd be 3rd. Instead we're only 2 points above 13th!!! Proves it's tight but we need to start playing from the first to the last whistle as others are showing.
Nuno should by now know what needs to be done, if he doesn't a rude shock could be coming our way before we know it
