How does this review panel of the FA's work? I've seen that the Schweinsteiger incident has been sent for review but imo the Fellani studs up tackle on Tomkins was a lot worsse and could have resulted in the 4th ankle injury we've suffered in the last couple of weeks. Bilic obviusly made comment on the elbow into Reid's face and said it should have been red but as no one commented on the Fellani leg breaker does the FA just ignore it?

Because the ref had already seen the incident, albeit from the wrong angle, the review panel cannot take retrospective action. Ludicrous!!

I thought if a booking had been given it couldn't be upgraded to red but surely when it's looked at you realise the referee has missed the intent and contact and it should be reviewed?
