Calling all older West Ham United F.C. fans: free Football Friends programmes starting soon

West Ham fan? Aged 65 or over? Like the idea of sharing your memories of the club or learning more about the team? If so, the charity Friends of the Elderly and West Ham United Foundation invite you to connect with others, using your shared love of football as a starting point.

For once in a blue moon West Ham United's overseas players have all returned from International duty injury free! This is not the way it is supposed to be, usually at least one or two return injured usually more so what is going on? When Gary Lewin replaced the Stig as head of the medical team we were promised 'structured' rehabilitation of injured players each working to a tailor made plan, and it's worked!

Things didn't start well with the initial team selection, as expected Mark Noble retained his place in the starting line up in a 'groundhog day' Kevin Nolan selection syndrome, in other words a club captain who's legs have gone, record signing 'Elbows' Arnoutovic didn't even make the squad!
