Slaven has announced that Payet wants out, he no longer wants to play for the club. Bilik says he feels let down and angry about it, well what do they expect. The owners made a big deal about signing a big name striker in the summer and look what they delivered, ZaZa, Calleri both of whom are going as they are shit. Fengouli going, Ayew who still has to prove he is worth it Fletcher is still young so where is the quality, I would be thinking stuff this if I was Payet. No wonder his form has been down this season as the pressure and expectation has all been on him. It may be just my opinion but if he wants to go then get a such as we can and let him go, with 30 or 35 million we should be able to get in a decent player to replace him plus a decent right back which we badly need.

Sorry but no. This is immoral in my book and the reason why football is dying as a sport. We give him the contract he wants and then he sulks and goes on strike. BTW he's been on strike all season!!! If we can afford it let the f***er rot in the reserves. When I tell me kids he's refusing to play, they'll be gutted, then angry, that's the reaction we should have.

let him rot and add more timber...bring Lanzini to the front he can play the role and without payet around maybe he wont keep getting subbed when we all new it should be payet on his performances

One thing is, he still has the most chances created in Europe... its not his fault if we don't have the strikers to convert them. I can slightly sympathise with him on that... but then to refuse to play and pull up his socks and graft I cannot forgive. With the adoration and support the fans and the club have shown him, to treat us all like that is unforgivable

Surely he put in a transfer request, he didn't just come out and said im off ,i for one new deep down he wouldn't be here for long ,he may have come to the attention of the world when he signed for us but thats where we are now he is one of the best players in Europe ,

Burkie 1

He was when he signed his contract and he was when he picked up his loyalty bonus burkie. All these people saying the board didn't buy world class players and sold him short, I'd like you to explain if that was why he done the same on 3 previous occasions in his career.
