Well what happened at half-time eh??Did slav give big andy a MESSI implant!!
He was awesome,beating players,dribbling past them like they wernt there...
Ive been a critic of his in the past,but ill gladly eat humblepie,if only he could stay injury free
what an important player he is for us,& he definately is better with 2 up top..
MoM for me today well done the big man!!

Sorry to gate crash your forum hammer but I need to ask a question to anyone, and it's not worth opening another one. My question is about the pitch, why is is so far from the stand? I thought the the powers that be told us the seats weren't that far from the pitch with the retractable seating. Have I missed something and we haven't got the retractable seating? If not, why not?

The first game i went to against juventus i was thinking exactly the same,you need to flag down a taxi to get to the pitch from the stand!!

Who lit the touch paper? I feel good all of a sudden! Watched it on streaming and was shouting at the screen like a demented twat. Please let us hope to God we can hang on to the likes of Manual Lanzini, Big Mick and Winston Reed. We were the business today, great starting eleven, great set up and who the hell would want to leave now anyway? Oh nearly forgot, goodbye and get lost Payet. I'm not usually a nasty person but I hope Payet's career takes a massive downwards turn. Things are getting better and even better, I can look forward to MOTD now... Very proud.

Nobodys mentioned the agents so far ,its them that are the money grabbin cunts and a lot of players put their future in there hands ,its a simple question loyalty v a shit load of money

I keep watching it again & again,superb technique & great build up from Lanz & ant!!
To be fair to merse,he had us down to win 2 nil before the game,& was spot on with his opinion on the incredible sulk...
Hes gone up in my estimation & what a reaction to big andys goal!!

His whole game yesterday was tremendous, he fought hard for every ball, was the first to every header and added a real support in our defence against set pieces and nullified Bentek aerial threat. Then of course the knock downs and shots he was creating were hard fought and he rounded it off with a superb gol thoroughly deserved. This is the best I have ever seen Andy Carroll, he never gave up and showed jut how good he can be... I really hope he stays fit

I reviewed the goals ten times at least. is pure class, the guy when he is fit is devastating.

I remember Pele scoring some great bicycle kicks. Carroll's was up there with anything he did. It's not often when I'm watching a game that I shout WHAT A GOAL.

It always takes Andy Caroll at least 6 games to get match fit when he returns to the side. This was the first time for around a year he actually played to his full potential. It was only Crystal Palace and we all know it is only a matter of time before he will be out for the rest of the season but lets just hope he can stay in long enough so that we can enjoy a few more wins and a few more goals from the big man!!!
