Mooro and Harry rattling through them, I see. Can you imagine any prem footballer doing 124 games in succession! And it wasn't as if he hid during games! Even goalkeepers don't seem to do that these days!

yes it's a joke these days - slightest knock and most of them are asking to come off and then it's 3 - 6 weeks out the first team.

Yes it did make me laugh when I checked it out yesterday. Pony! Who are pony anyway? Think it is supposed to be some kinda brown, I looked every where for an official description but couldn't find it altho I do remember some of it was officially called WINE! I suppose that was supposed to be the claret? Yes the pitch was covered in snow with orange ball unusual at the time and I think the pitch was marked in blue. Also a game I tried to look on you tube but couldn't find. John moncur was the man with the number 10 and he did swap it for a holiday in futres villa.

Well just goes t show if you want to know the full stories come on here someone will know! As for that picture that is a brilliant picture! Can't believe my memory remembered all that including the colour of the touch line! As for futre you just reminded me about it being arsenal etc. this is kinda what this thread started out to be, reminding people about the sort of things we have been involved in as obviously the era ends when we move. And maybe all the weird, idiotic, great and ludicrous things that define West Ham will become a thing of the past? Somehow I doubt it as even this week I'm hearing about ticket office debacle over the cup replay! Keep up the good work m6 and at other times Harry for pricking my memories and reminding me how old I am.
