Well boys i'm just back from the gym and had a thought about you poor boys not having a game to go to until Brentford so instead of sitting and stuffing your faces on the sofa i am inspired to get you all moving and working up a sweat so this may help:-) come on boys lets get sweating!

Understood the point of spending a fortune to use a machine to run nowhere on, a bike to ride nowhere on, a rowing machine to row nowhere or to push/pull elastic rubber bands etc. in a room full of sweaty, smelly posers. Especially when 99% of em drove there in their oversized polluting SUVs

But it costs nothing to get up have a nice brisk walk out in the fresh air and as for the posers you get some yes but they get weeded out quickly and often they realise what a Dick they are being and stop and just concentrate on there own fitness goal.

I say HG that's got me all unnecessary. I usually just have a bowl of Frosties to get me going in the morning, sometimes a dippy egg and soldiers. I need a lie down now!!

Benni, what a hero, the only player the Board was pleased to see get picked for his country on the basis he might lose a few pounds!!!
