My dear old mum, God rest her soul, only drank once a year ,the auld fella would bring her with him on Christmas night to the pub , think she used to have 2 smowballs ,every time she came home without fail she was out of it ,one year she came into the living room collapsed on the couch and broke 2 of the legs ( the couch not hers ) she couldnt stop laughing ,those were the days .
