So we survived by the skin of our teeth(full of bravado eh:-)) we have no money for the transfer market whats Moyes gonna do? ruthless and maybe unpopular decisions need to be made and some radical changes to the scouting team errrr we have one dont we? ahhh yes sullivan jnr.....anyway for me the following players need to be moved on wheelchair/Anderson/Lanzini/arthur/cressy/Balbuena/Reid/.....coming in is of course Soucek deal made permanent him and Rice look a good combo in the middle of the park i would keep Fornals/Haller because i do not believe either player has been utilized properly by either manager Haller yes looks disinterested and pissed off but he has never been a lone striker look how different he played when Antonio was put up alongside him in the southampton game he was making runs linking up play feeling much more comfortable but if Moyes decides he is not the answer and sells him then for me if Fulham do not come up we have to take Mitrovic like Antonio he would provide a physical presence up front and Cairney from them....i do not want to see anymore journeymen looking for a last big payday or so called big names lets find players who can for the most part remain fit and can play with some pace and passion.

I did mention haller said he bounced of big mick i thought that was gonna be the plan, also add ajeti fredricks, and hugil to that list there going i hear,I'd have took mitrovic it was a no brainer, instead pelle hanged out for gomez, and why bring haller if he can only play with a partner, should have made it clear to him your gonna be a lone striker,i like that Benrahma from brentford they do have some little gems, anyway first things first we must sure up our defence.

What do we do about Roboto ;)

We have for the past 15 years been a club that buys terrible cast offs old finished stars and uninterested players who wish to use our club as a stepping stone to better things lets be honest there are no Liam Brady's or Scotty Parkers that are easy to find, but i must admit I am very happy with Soucek and Bowen who look eager and oven ready for the prem.
Those brought in have to be good no more big punts on Brazilians and brilliant foreign strikers who cost 100 million then again a chance would be a fine thing as the money will be tight.

Im not convinced the playing staff is that bad. Its West Ham, root and branch change starting at the top and the removal of The Unholy Trinity, remove the worst and second worst manager in our history, get the scouting and academy fixed introducing Nobs to that task and then look at the removal of journeymen Carlos Kickabouts with zero interest in our club!

When you get chairmen and there siblings scouting for players you do have to wonder what is going on...would they accept Moyes say giving them business advice on what to buy or sell in there world and would they listen well of course not because he would be out of his depth its a pity that they do not realise that when it comes to player recruitment they need to listen to people with more experience but having said that they could throw Hugill and Roberto straight back at you saying thats what the so called experts get for you.

Excellent point! In fairness during The Bilic era, apparently he gave the SuGo a shopping list of the players he wanted, Payet was top of the list. The story goes that they listened and got Payet first and that this was a real shock to Bilic, in his wildest dreams he never thought it possible! The point being, as you say, listen to the experts and particularly your manager! I would respectfully disagree that these tow clowns are good businessmen, lucky opportunists!

When its not our job on the line,We do need a proper transfer strategy and not the BIG NAME or exotic foreign player because he maybe a cheaper option a proper scouting network and a vetting of all aspects of the potential signing from ability down to his personality.Heard many a west ham fan tell me about a guy we got called Joey Beauchamp who could not handle the move from Oxford to the foreign lands of the east end so no matter how talented a player may be you have to check there mental strengths as well.
