Controversial maybe but as brilliant as he has been for us for me it will only ever be a short term thing.....he had something to prove and a point to make which he has done remarkably well but will it continue? i am not so sure and financially would it be a good deal in these current times? forget Europe because that is not the money spinner everyone thinks it is unless of course you are in the champs league....for me as a Cameo he has been unbelievable but i just do not see it lasting IMO...so a big thank you Mr Lingard but for me as a permanent signing i think not but that is only my opinion many others would say i am mad and of course they are entitled to but at the end of the day its Moyes the money men and of course the player himself to make the decision.

I to am unsure as to whether he would keep the form going if he was signed permanently but we cannot doubt the impact he has had on the side since his arrival.

The same over the last 2/3 games.his impact was incredible at the start but like you say would it continue once signed permanently? Can't see the dildos coughing up 35/40 mill anyway! We shall see

I think in the last couple of games we have seen the real lingard,he has the capabilities,we have seen it,but he has become moany and lazy, cant see Sugo paying out for him, unless its dirt cheap.

He's just showing what happens when you're not at a big club. His going down at the slighest touch would have guaranteed him a free kick at Manure. He's realising that at "lowly" WH the refs take a very different view!

As much as he's put in this season, i think he'll go the way of Anderson and that won't bode well with a full stadium on his back...Tantrums will be a plenty, so thanks, but no thanks fella. Cheers and good luck on yer travels, there'll be a few...

Apparently fears are growing that Lingard will not join us as he has talked about taking away a lot of good memories from his time on loan with us.....panic seems to of ensued among many thinking thats it he wont be signing and it is the end of the world for some.....for me and now i gather many others thats not the situation so a big thank you Jesse you have been as good for us as we have for you good luck in the future mate just not here thanks.

short memories for some, This guy set us on our winning way towards European qualification and inspired others to really have a go. The whole team looked tired towards the last six games not just Lingard. We made the Europa League so big thanks to Jesse Lingard from me. Man U want big bucks for him and will sell to the highest bidder so that unfortunately rules us out as we want 5 more players at least and with a budget of £75m no way will Moyes want to spend over half of it on Lingard.

A D Bonds

Id do everything to get him. Immensely talented player, fast, hard working, 2 footed. They're like gold dust. Allows our from 4 to rotate constantly and plays with a smile.
Ideal West Ham player for me.
