Its just been reported that Fullkrug is going to A C Milan on loan for absolute peanuts with a no oblgation to buy so when he gets injured in February we will be stuck with him till the end of the season and his hefty wage bill. I'm fed up with Sullivan I honestly believe he has lost the plot if he has agreed to this deal wish he would just get out of our club he has allready ruined it and is the reason WHU are going to get relegated with terrible decisions like these

Totally agree Cast Iron
Along with a rumour that Earthy will be sold in January which is so shortsighted if true because this is exactly the kind of player we would need if we get relegated and the few players we have in the squad of any worth will leave.
Let's face it, we're the
Let's face it, we're the worst run club, with the worst owners, being so short sighted they're practically blind to talent, ambition, progress and the absolute disdain they are thought of by the club's fans. Wish he would just fuck off

Grady Diaganna all over again....

I'm afraid there might be a problem with him him fukin off ,think the Gold family have half the shares and as far as I know their not interested in going anywhere, just a nice little earner coming through the letter box Avery month .
Nah
They've only got 25.1%. Sully with 38.8 and Kretinsky with 27% have more but I'm still puzzled why Kretinsky ever got involved. Personally feel we are stuck with the lot of em until we actually own the LS and that is what they are all hanging on for. The club and football is secondary although ideally for all of them and I include Brady in this, relegation doesn't happen.
Kretinsky got involved Deluded
As it was an easy way to make money year in year out...when that comes under threat with relegation and having to put your hand in your pocket to bail the club out well he will just sell up and move on.
speaking of clowns Ronald
speaking of clowns Ronald McDonald on a free........Taxi!!
Think I'd rather Pennywise.
Think I'd rather Pennywise. Got a bit of bite about him
The only Clown that needs to go
Is Sullivan!
Until that day we are in trouble.
Has anyone
Actually thought about who would buy us out and if they'd be happy with them. The Newcastle owners for example or Mike Ashley, worse, a Chinese consortium
Yes Deluded,i think about it
Yes Deluded,i think about it all the time, and we dont look attractive to anyone, cant attract any player of class,no ground ownership, been struggling our arse off for years, just not the sort of club anyone wants to deal with, and as you say a bunch of chonks would be horrendous.
Boogerscaravn Jr works for
Boogerscaravn Jr works for Mike Ashley (one of his many businesses) I'll get him to put a word in..
I'd rather
You didn't
Yep...Good point..next owner
No idea who apart from a West Ham fan who's a fool with their money might be interested in taking on the ownership. That said it comes with History, passionate large fan base, top 20 richest club inTHE WORLD according to Deloitte and frankly a huge potential.
Saying we could get owners like Saudi's or Chinese is possible but not the only options.
This reminds me of "be careful what you wish for Hammers fans" when we wanted ugly football with Moyes gone we got Loppy, Potter and now NES......... I have lots of mates that wanted Moyes gone but not one, not one of them wanted Loppy or Potter!
So is this the same for ownership? You are "just" West Ham... don't dare to dream, dont dare to have ambition, know your place, put up with local clownlike dinosaurs, you just be good, be quiet and watch them destroy your club, knock down your stadium, sell it for a profit, move to an athletics soulless bowl, watch us bring in a line of managers with no clue about West Ham and its football traditions, we will get you a tin pot 3rd rate European trophy and expect you to now comply or better still worship at the alter of a porn broker with zero morals.
In the words of my Father........ Give my arse a toothache
BS OUT!!!!
Summed up very well Dartford
Summed up very well Dartford , for me it's about Identity, until we are prepared to build our own stadium ,a long way from this dump we'll never be taken seriously,it's a long drawn out process ,it cant happen overnight ,and it's not always guaranteed ,the Spuds being a good example ,but look at the Toffs ,their rise up the rankings has been impressive ,thing is we can't go on like this , struggling, with a couple of exceptions, year after year, it's got to start with new owners / investors who will be more careful about the managers they bring in ,it might even mean dropping a division out of the chumps . Starting all over again ,we've got to stop reminiscing about uppers ,it's gone forever ,and yes like everyone I miss it like f##k .
The weekend game against the seagulls will tell a story.
Spot on New Burkie!!!
Ive been a fan and supporter of the BoM but even I have to now concede it was a major mistake. Its not so much the location or the actual stadium is more the big picture and managing the move and the day to day running.
Allowing tourist / visitor / neutrals in all over the stadium has seriously diluted the "West Ham Effect".
Example being the QPR cup game, they took their allocation of 9K in 8 minutes! And they will be in our end, basically doing to us what we did to them for years!!!
In my mind there's two options (1) Knock down the OP and start again with an Everton looking stadium or (2) Move completely away, build a modest class working class fortress in our heartland which is no longer East London, that was surrendered years ago to kids supporting the top 6 clubs, but ESSEX and ideally Hornchurch.
Keep the faith.........We'll have our day in the sun!!!
I'm all for
The OS being demolished, there is just nothing right about it as a football stadium although I prefer the Tottenham model myself.. However I think the location is an issue. It's too close to Westfield/ Stratford complex and fans being shunted all around the ground after games rather detracts from it's pretty good transport facilities. We can never get the Boleyn back and I don't think relocating will ever settle the Upton Park memories of us older fans however well a new stadium is built. Essex and to a lesser degree, Hornchurch would be a no-no for me and probably for most fans as most of the hardcore West Ham fans I know are nowadays scattered all over the country so the transport links would be an even bigger issue than Upton Park station with it's solitary Metropolitan Line
good point DH
The infrastructure around Stratford is second to none. The rail and underground links are brilliant. I also agree that WH fans are scattered far and wide. I just mentioned Hornchurch as its always had a hard core support and loyal as loyal. Maybe Romford or further out to the M25 would be more realistic.

Our day will come .
No no,we talk about identity
No no,we talk about identity,we cannot move out of Newham,if we did our identity would be truly lost.
The only remains
Of our identity are the name and our club colours, and even the club colours are now a bit suspect in the name of trendsetting and profit. Even the badge moves away from our heritage. If they HAD to put London on it, it could at least be EAST London.
But yeah, you're right, we have to stay in Newham if a move was necessary even though East London is nothing like the East London I grew up in anymore
Sorry Essex / DH
I cant agree. Yes its our original identity and history but face facts, locals in East London are not die hard Hammers anymore. Generations have moved away to Essex, Herts, Kent etc. Most of the fan based left East London years ago. Immigrants in the past from the Caribbean, Ireland, Eastern Europe etc adopted WH as their team. I dont see that from the new intake from Africa, Asia etc who are more likely to adopt any of the so called top 6 clubs. Gone are the days when people walked to Upton Park to support their local club. Today they come from near and far by car or more likely train. Look at the typical YouTubers, yes family connection but few still live in East London. The guy that runs the supporters club lives in Wokingham Berkshire! So given the lack of interest in WH from the locals with zero loyalty or affection to WH why should we stay in that area?
Just out interest... Does anyone who comes on this website live in an East London post code?
Surrey Man born and bred here Dartford
No Bow bells ringing near me but cut me and i bleed Claret&Blue but the club i love is dead killed by that odious dwarf and his billionaire board.....i often question what is the point of being a Billionaire.....we all work so we can keep a roof over our heads and food on the table and keep the lights and heating on and it is a struggle and we dream of hitting the lottery and the fun we would have if it ever happened.....but these Billionaires who may have grafted and done deals to get there well in the years you have on the planet why not enjoy the fruits of your labour? they never seem to they only live for the next money making deal and what is a life if that is all that concerns you...you have enough for Gods sake enjoy it spend it but to penny pinch and kill off what for us is a part of our identity well what sad excuse you are for being a man.
Agree Mc
Few Billionaires are actually happy.
I follow Dave Ramsey on Youtube, sort of an evangelistic version of Martin Lewis. He says money doesn't necessarily make you happy it just extenuates / amplifies your current traits. So if you are happy it makes you more happy, if you are generous they will call you a philanthropist etc etc. I get that!!!
Sounds Interesting Dartford
I'll have to take a look
It's when you look at those
It's when you look at those yachts mourned in Monaco and Santroppes, some of them worth multi million £ ,and then the 10 o'clock news comes on and you have to look at starving children in Gaza and people freezing their bollox off in Ukraine ,you begging to think ,What's it all about .
I really believe most wealth is either inheritance or the result of Dodgy deal making ,I mean take a look at your royal family, with all their castles and please don't tell me they pay for it from the wealth of tourism, heard it all before .
Yep NB
You need a wealth tax NOT income tax that hits all employed folk, notice I didnt say working class :o)
Wealth typically comes from Family assets not a particularly those on high salary.
Example, we have a boarding school nearby, fees are 33K / year. To spend / cover that you need to earn £50K before tax. So they probably have more than one kid at the school so looking at around £100K. You would need to earn one hell of salary to cover that so clearly assets such as property, land, shares, equities etc etc
wealth inequality / disparity in the UK will be an issue
Yes Dartford its our original
Yes Dartford its our original identity, but its our identity and our area,i dont want to get into the immigrant situation,as i have plenty to say on that, and would probably be banned from here, but its where this team is and what it stands for you could say the same about all the London clubs,so on your thoughts, there would be no football in London.Ilford i come from now live in Clacton.
LOL...
I did worry about making reference to "the non indigenous" brethren but its a fact, the newly arrived dont follow WH.
