Is it too early for Potter Out?

I'm not impressed.

I've not seen any evidence that we are seeing any improvement on Moyes or Loppy.

He focuses on defence, 5 / 6 across the back and not getting a battering. Just one nil down we are in theory still in the game but statistically with so few shots on target this strategy will never work.

11 games in charge, still his best football was his first against Villa in the cup but that's because some of the players were still in Loppy mode, prepared to venture forward.

I feel a lot of WH fans are upset with the quality of football, selection and decision making on substitutions etc is appalling. That said I also feel that is kind of off side to criticise him, its the elephant in the room, the board have made another hopeless appointment and they, and we, are just HOPING it will come good.

Fact : At Brighton he had a 12 month period of just 5 home wins and the board are worried about season ticket sales. Looking at home performances who would wonder?

just to be clear, hes a nice guy and I dont blame him, the blame is with the Board recruitment which is franking shocking. For as long as Sullivan is in control we are always going to be left behind the likes of Villa, Bournemouth, Brentford, Palace etc etc

To say Potter out as he is trying to fix things with someone else's toolbox but not unfair to admit that he was the wrong choice in the first place. We are right now in a very similar scenario to his short term at Chelsea and I defy anyone to state that his toolbox there was worse than this one here.
There is definitely no improvement on Moyesball, in fact probably fair to say we've taken a couple of steps back. Can't really comment on Loppy as he wasn't here long enough although it did look troublesome. To really judge Potter he neds his own toolbox to play with and here we have to step back and look at his term at Brighton. Which was never exciting, bordering on a regular midtable yawnfest and it puzzles me how he even has fans here on the org. I'm not even going to go into his spells in the Mickey Mouse Swedish League and he also has a poor track record as a player.
I have to take to task the statement about the board making a hopeless appointment as it is my understanding that Sullivan didn't want him and it was Brady who worked the deal because of her Costa Coffee ( or was it Starbucks) morning chats with Potters wife who just wanted himout of the house. Because lets be honest here, he wasn't exactly flooded with managerial offers was he? Even Moyes (somehow) got re-employed quicker than him.
To sum up, yes, I'd like him gone (never wanted him as is well known) but relegation apart , and it's far from being a foregone conclusion, he's here to stay So lets get the strongest caffeine down our throats and buckle up for next seasons scintillating football :D

Its a good expression and maybe its correct but for me a footballer at this level should be able to adapt. Whats for sure is the current toolbox is lacking pace and talent in most positions none more so than the midfield slug pairing of JWP and Slowczech.

We will have to differ on the appointment of Potter, not convinced that Lady B would have more say in the business than a share holder.

I think we are both on the same page, he wasnt our first choice and will never meet the demands for the job.

I once worked for a brutal American who got the top job in the company by telling the board he will make mistakes but... will quickly rectify or manage the situation. Basically if he recruited a Lemon they were history pretty quickly and Sullivan has reputation for hanging onto Lemons for too long.

I'm not sure about the fans in general but I've got no doubt some on here wanted an English manager ,they seemed sick to death of the Deagos, oh well ,Xenophobia raising its ugly head again.
