Was also my debut on the terraces following the hammers...just 7 years old and Palace being the closest league ground to where i lived my dad and my older brother(the spud!)took me as a surprise and i still rmbr it to this day...the crowd the noise and of course we won which gave me the very silly notion that that was normal for us....oh how the years since have taught me otherwise lol COYI
