I did a bit of asking around about Postman Pat amongst the Sparta fans .They said Postman Pat is extremely tight .Talks big but doesn't deliver .Where have we heard that before ?The Cons of course .But he DID invest in the training ground .But what of his record at West Ham and his ambitions ?Well he has been here five years as for ambitions he stated :"West Ham are not a big Club .We will have to sign young players and sell them on for a profit "
The next thing he appointed Tea Boy Tim to do just that .Teaboy ,virtually bankrupted the Club .Teaboy put together a team of mercenaries ,unfit ,unbalanced and older than the squad we had .More suitable to walk in football .As much as I dislike the Gobby one .Could you EVER see him spunking out 63 m for Kilman and Fullkrug ?Not in a million years !
I kept on hearing such CRAP as "Dk is playing the long game "BOLLOCKS !He sat in the boardroom and let the Gobby one take out taking Payday Loan after Payday loan .Plunging the Club into unmanageable debt .Like the rest of the Board ,Postman Pat held the swag bags open as the Gobby One stashed the loot .Yes I am grateful for the 90m ,without that I am convinced we would of gone into administration .No doubt he will get the money back .As you can see ,I have my reservations about Postman Pat .But like you we will have to give him a chance.At best I am cautiously optimistic .We are more than a football Club ,we're a way of life !COYI !!!!

Like that Fareham and I think we all are.
We have had so little to celebrate in recent times that the demise and departure of Sullivan has got us all off our seats. In reality Kretinski is still "just" an investor who wants a return. He invested too much confidence in Sully and now has to take control just to protect his initial investment i.e. speculate to accumulate.
Like all, I have reservations, but at this stage he deserves our support... lets see.. KTF, COYI's!!!
I support him as if Postman
I support him as if Postman Pat does well so do West Ham United .But far from convinced at this stage ,but cautiously optimistic .Both Pat and The Gobby need us promoted at the first time of asking otherwise they lose big money .I can see them bringing some decent players in.Nuno can't afford a bad start ,if he has one they will give him his p45 in double quick time .

Will Sully have to sell his stake in the club once the whole sordid affair is sorted out? Let's hope so. The big question after that is does Kretinsky buy up the rest or does he and the rest of the shareholders look for investors? I guess that's a question for a bit further down the line. The big IF is, we come up to the Prem League we're worth more, we get stuck in the chumps and who knows what we'll be worth after selling off the rest of the silver.
I think the Gobby is in no
I think the Gobby one is in no hurry to sell .The notion that he just logged off and left the building is wishful thinking .I wouldn't be at all surprised if Jack Sullivan was helping out in recruitment .I can't see him selling while in the Championship .As you say I can see Postman Pat looking for investors. One thing the whole Board have in common .They desperately need the Club promoted at the first time of asking .Do that and I can see the Gobby one selling his shares .
Each to their own
I, personally don't share your cautious optimism. As you rightly point out,he talks big and rarely delivers at Sparta Prague who aren't exactly rooting up any trees, so I do wonder why Kretinsky would even bother investing in another football club other than for financial gain. I imagine Sparta fans would be feeling a bit miffed at the money he is investing in this club instead of Sparta. My own opinion, I feel that Kretinskys hand has been forced by the Sullivan investigations, could see the writing on the wall, same as Bradys abrupt departure and has been forced to take control or else lose his investment altogether. I don't think this is for the long haul, nor do I expect any decent investment in to the playing side of things.

agree that DK is forced to move, same as Brady.
However, not wishing to sound like an arrogant fan of a massive club, Sparta and West Ham are not in the same financial league, not even close. i think their turnover is around £10M with DK keeping them alive with annual top ups.
WH are / were top 20 biggest club in the world. For DK he see's MONEY and over time will become a fan.
Dartford ,it is true that we
Dartford ,it is true that we are a massive Club but a Club mired in debt .Postman Pat may have a lot of money .I hope he does spend loads of money .But I just don't see it .I just hope he stabilizes the Club .I am thankful that he has increased his shares ,if he didn't we could of been another Leicester .

Deluded ,so many points I agree with .He certainly never pulled up any tree's at Sparta .As you say he talks big but doesn't deliver .I think he was content to sit in the Boardroom and take the TV money .As you say The Gobby one's investigation forced his hand .If he didn't jump in we would of gone into administration in my opinion .All about saving his investment .He certainly won't be backing the manager hugely in any window. I am giving him a chance .In his tribute to Brady he thanked her "For the good work in selling Declan Rice " .Anyone thinking that he is not all about profit need to think again .
Reservations
It's a tough one to figure out - DK is known for swooping in when businesses seem they will all but fail, and he makes them financially successful, 'financially' is the key word here. Will Daniel Kretinsky get West Ham to win titles? No. But he will aim to increase West Ham's value as a business, which will inadvertently coincide with success on the pitch.
Moving/Building a new training ground, as well as a stadium purchase, will allow him to maximise the club value and also grow. Owning the Bowl means he can adapt it, making it 'fit for purpose' and also increasing the capacity, earning him more money.
He's a businessman at heart; money is minimal to him given his net worth - it's about longevity and ego. Owning the biggest stadium capacity in London whilst also owning West Ham sounds like a sweet golden apple amongst his portfolio, again, not financially, but for bragging rights.
Financial stability at the top level will translate to success - one thing for sure is that it cannot be as bad as DS.
Postman does buy distressed
Postman does buy distressed business's .But he sat in the Boardroom for FIVE years and basically let The Gobby One run the Club with Payday loan's .He has liquid assets of TEN BILLION !He could easily have given us a shareholders loan .I will be getting Neil Fitzgerald on these benches ,he will explain in detail exactly how badly the Club was run .If Postman Pat had not spunked up the 90m we would of gone into administration .But you are right in there is the ego thing of Owning a big Club in the Premier League .And the real estate around the ground ,load's of money to be made on that as well .As I said we need to back him and give him a chance .Cautiously optimistic .

That Wiki is not 100% accurate, I think you are way off in thinking he has 10 billion, £ or $, as liquid. His total worth according to the bible is $12 billion dollars (a tad under £9 billion)
