Ok we all know apart from Bowen the players have taken a big hit on the wage front(i should be so lucky to earn half of what they are on)and so players want out etc etc now Jimmy may well get his move but already he has found out that his demand for five million in wages even for a club the size of Roma has proven to rich and for many clubs across Europe trying to match Premier league wages is nigh on impossible unless your are a Madrid/Barca/Munich/PSG so then the player is left with a very small pond to fish in and the club with the upper hand when it comes to price as know relegation release clause. Another player wanting out is my mate Mav with Leverkusen chasing him but can they afford his wage? maybe now it has halved but that would be a permanent half not a possible do one season in the championship get promoted and the money back up to the level he and others are accustomed to.
None of the players are paupers lets face it so unless one of the big clubs come in restoring the wage to what you are used to or more why move i am sure the majority could cope for one year on half a wage after all it is not like players live in the real working world is it.
