I'll keep this short and sweet. Now I know Nuno has got very good previous here with Wolves promotion. So I don't really see any bumps in the road. But in my opinion we cannot, and should not, bring our Premier League mentality to the Championship.
I watched a fair bit of the Championship last season and as a football anorak. The difference in playing style is as obvious as Bonnie Blue in charge of a Nunnery. Night and day difference.
So I'm not telling Nuno how to do his job, but the mindset and combative battling have to be there from the outset. Burnley will be in a similar position, so the contrast will not be so evident. But it won't take long to wake up. This is a whole different ball game.

He is a defensively minded manager and much like Moyes he has no other string to his bow so do not expect free flowing attacking football even at this level...BG coined the phrase Negative Nuno and i think she hit the nail there.

I can't help getting the feeling there's an over exaggerated since achievement about our stay in the second tier, that it's a forgone conclusion we're outa there ,I'm keeping my powder dry until the Burnley game .

The last time we won the 2nd div was in 1980-81. We've had 4 relegations since, before this one and the 4 other times we didn't win and scraped through. It's no forgone conclusion for sure

The point I was clearly
The point I was clearly making was about the style of play. In other words not bringing the Premier League style of play into the Championship. The Championship down through Leagues one and two are a completely different animal. We cant afford to approach the games with a Premier League mindset or we will be spanked!!

It's safe to say if he cant cut it this time. He will be let go. Someone who knows this league and how to get out of it is currently in charge. That has to be the leadership criteria.
