Unless that has a release clause i cannot see him signing it but Come on £200 Thousand a week when most of us are struggling to make a living whats the world coming to
Supply and demand Bikey. Billions of people round the planet can hammer a nail or read a spreadsheet but only one or two have his ability to make a tackle or the vision to pick out a 50 metre pass.
I am not going to employ Rice to come round my place and show me his tackle (o errrrr missus show us his tackle!)and how to ping a pass....as for hammering a nail there are plenty of cowboys out there so you would get a pro in to do the job just not one on that amount a week lol
And see what effort the owners put in to the club before signing any new contract with West Ham if I were Rice. Can't really see any attraction for Rice in joining Utd or Chelsea at the moment with the respective clubs current woes and even Mahrez allegedly wants out of City because of the constant rotation policy Pep has in place. I'd try and get Mount in if you want Rice to stay.
Totally understand that and so one more season before he goes again u think we all on here get that but please tell me why the club are leaving it until the end of the transfer window before negotiationg new deals for Bowen and possibly Soucek? crazy IMO Moyes playing with fire
Agreed, I know it’s all paper talk at the moment but some of the players getting linked to West Ham aren’t going to take the team to the next level in my opinion, definitely think he needs to hold onto Bowen and Soucek, I think Rice is looking to leave next summer and I think a ‘big’ club will turn him into a holding midfielder
But if you noticed the games that Rice missed Soucek put back to his favoured position and bam he was back to his old self....Moyes is to blame for his lack of form i'm afraid.
Its exactly the same with Yarmo, he keeps bringing him on as a direct swap for ants ,he proved last night which position is his natural ,out on the right and comming in the odd time ,he was like a different player .
