Should they be scrapped and back to the old ways of buying any player you can afford whenever you want during the season..or do you like the way the current system works or would you like to see one universal window open in the summer and all deals across all leagues in Europe end on the same day and no further deals can be made until the following summer?

I'd go back to the old days of having transfers anytime of the season. I know it'll never happen for business reasons. But it would be nice and certainly keep these sky sports muppets on their toes..

How it was done in the "olden days" where players suddenly ended up at other clubs midway through a season. Many is the time I would go open eyed on my morning paper round reading all the sports pages for the latest news, football write ups, scores from top sports journalists of the day like Desmond Hackett or John Sadler
I still haven't forgotten reading of one of our mid season buys of an unheard of Peter Eustace. With no social media or internet in those days spreading ridiculous rumours one went to a game with wide eyed wonder if they were any good.

"The reading of one of our mid season buys of an unheard of Peter Eustace" is still there is just now read instead of an established 1st Division Player with 200 appearances we get yet another Carlos Kickabout, unproven in The Prem, communication / language issues, never lived in the UK and just high cost & risk journeymen.

Did anyone honestly know about Filipe or Taty before they signed? This was never a Hartson Kitson Lomas moment!!!

BS Out... Couldnt run a bath!!!
