Well, two massive games coming up and probably zero chance of any points. Tomorrow night brings back shocking memories for me, the league cup semi-final, the camera’s focused on our supporters, commentator saying “they don’t look happy and it’s a long drive home on the M6” at which my phone lights up with many texts saying you’ve been on telly, cheer up you miserable old XXXX :o)
I have been to the Etihad five times and each time its been well…difficult. Last season we were battered even if the score line didn’t reflect the nature of the one way traffic. By the way, what happened to the young full back that made his debut that night?
So with two fixtures on the horizon with no points, firmly in the bottom three, confidence at a low what are the real chances of escape? I really fear that this will be the season we finally drop into the Chumps. I think Saturday is significant, nothing but a win against Saints will suffice. A heavy loss combined with the Hammers United protest on the same day will be a defining moment for our club and maybe the owners?
I agree Dartford,cant see us
I agree Dartford, cant see us getting anything in these next two games, and yes the Southampton game is the biggest game for years,as if we lose that aswell, even draw,is not good enough, and i think the inevitable will happen.
Said it on another thread
Next 7 games are against the top sides + saints & wolves.. be lucky to get the odd draw I reckon, then we are against sides around us for the run in,I agree we need to get Houdini on board
Essex / 65
If the inevitable happens... what does our future look like? I guess it starts without Rice then all the other average high wagers masquerading as footballers will be on the next Learjet to where ever!
Rice will be offski
Like you say mate & all the other high earners, but that wont be a great loss! Cant see us getting out of the chumps straight away,so hopefully a British spine to the team might at least compete
I very much doubt it 65
I very much doubt it 65 ,Moyes was talking at the weekend about not throwing in the new signings because the time has to be right ,bullshit ,I'm thinking he's goin to sit back and invite them on ,suicide
These high wage earners will
These high wage earners will have to go,and good job too,as they cannot gel as a team, dosent matter what manager comes in,Pellegrini is high profile and he couldnt get it to work,so wouldnt have faith in even Klop coming in he wouldnt do any better, stick with Moyes. The inevitable is the problem, its a hard league, got some good clubs fighting for promotion,West Brom made us look ordinary the other week....new influx of players needing to get it together,we wont bounce straight back like we did last time, and hoping we dont drop down another league, look at Stoke they look like they are going in that direction,if that happens,Sugo and Brady best not come to Stratford any more for their own safety, and they will know that......on a wing and a prayer we may get out of this, but it dont look good, with the games coming, also goal difference could take a real bashing, along with confidence.
Agree Essex
The protests are gaining momentum & if we get relegated the dildos & bonus will have to consider selling cos they will really get some stick
come on guys

If you look back at our Great
If you look back at our Great Escape season, we had some average Joe's and some mercurial talent available who somehow combined to get us out of what looked like certain disaster. Of course that disaster did materialise with the biscuit barons going under, the Tevez payment to Sheff Utd and the dildo boys eyeing a bargain, swiftly getting out of Birmingham and "saving" us. Relegation followed, was then followed up by more shite managers than you can poke a stick at and having the evilly dumb trio left to half murder the club with pis poor investment, selling our home and them constantly doing their best to trip us up at every turn. Brady with her Sun column, Gold on Twitter and stumpy multitasking as agent, manager, owner and russian clothing model. Can we get out of it this time. I'm thinking not, too much damage has been done over the years.
Agree with that M2C
The damage has been done by this board & you reap what you sow
I think your right there
I think your right there Moore, all you have said has culminated,to what we see now,the damage has built up,and chances are beyond repair, ending in us going down.
Not as melted as we are,we
Not as melted as we are,we are like an ice cream in the desert, they are still second in the league,i cant see them capitulating like us.
We have been toilet all
We have been toilet all season - with no sign of improvement. Man City love turning us over and making our cheeks red, especially at the Etihad. They also have been hit with a European ban and will be worked up and want to take out their fury. So I thought it was the perfect time to put £25 on West Ham to win... if it comes in I'll be £600 happier!
I'll give you 600 quid
Myself Andy if we win!!;)
Haha maybe I'll get to double
Haha maybe I'll get to double up!
Just seen the team for tonight
I think my money's safe!!!
