AWB & Bowen That's it the only two players in our current squad worth keeping and Bowens having a crap season but lets be honest the job that needs doing this summer is monumental so if you consider you have to add nine players just to get a team to take to the pitch next season how the hell will we have enough money for that and the bench as well?

Now i know some of you will mention Summerville and yes he does look good but having not been really part of the first team picture for various reasons i am excluding him from the exodus.

Kilman £40million really he is not worth tuppence and should go back to Maidenhead utd as he is not up to scratch by any stretch of the imagination and to prove it i would keep Mav ahead of him!.

But from back to front you have to ask who would buy any of our players Kudus being the only one of any real value but that will not bring in enough for the rebuild by no means and as for Paqueta he is showing just what a mercenary he is and despite his ability he is another who just does not care about our club and just used us to get himself noticed.

So if Potts Earthy Orford are added to next seasons squad along with Scarles well that may save the club some money but you need better and experienced professionals that will help bring them on and not heap untold pressure on young shoulders and again that costs money but also they have to be the right player with a proper attitude and not just a "name" "marquis" signing nonsense or an injury prone journeyman that we all know we love at our club as they are a bargain buy and for the life of me i hope Paulino does not walk through the door as he is very keen to come to us apparently mmm wonder why that is eh? ahhh yes dumb wages and a medical wing that will fulfil his every need for a broken down crock that he is.

So a massive summer ahead and when you look at the clowns we have to deal with it and total lack of imagination you do just have to worry about what will our club look like this time next year.

Fullkrug, Kudus, Paqueta, Summerville and Bowen, Alvarez should all stay (if they want to) and we should be beating many of the teams above us and demolishing the teams below us and around us with those players. Having just seen Potters press conference (never mind his starting line up and substitutions yesterday), it's pretty clear where the problem lies.
Spurs next, a team with similar unrest as we have and if Potter doesn't pull the rabbit out of the hat in that game, I'd lay money he won't be around to do a summer overhaul.

Fulkrug unsure if he wants to stay but i would not mind if he did as to the others you mention we will not see them next season they will be long gone so yes a big hole will need filling but is Sullivan Potter and the rest up to that job?.
Arteta was faced with a similar situation when he first went to the gunners but there board held there nerve and he has progressed them a long way from what they were and whilst no trophy of note they are certainly a better side than they were and he needed time to weed out the deadwood and troublemakers to get a team that is of his making i just wonder will Potter be given that kind of faith and time

Everyone's a manager!!!

You cant clear out 3/4 of a squad just for the sake of it. We paid 40 million for this player he's crap. He can go, he's too slow, he's crap, I don't like his boots, he's got a crap haircut etc, etc.

I believe Kudus and Pacqueta will both go. I hope they do anyway as they are a large contributor to our situation. The youth will be welcomed into the fold and new players will emerge. The odd decent name hopefully.

I shall look forward to seeing how things turn around squad wise. Personally I hope Orford becomes a focal point of the midfield. Todibo has to be signed alongside Kilman and the outside influences around him need to wind their necks in. If we lose Todibo, we will only regret it I'm sure..

Up yer arse, up yer arse, stick yer blue flag up yer arse!!

Agree with what you say boogers, I don’t believe the squad needs to lose 3/4 of its players, I do think though that Potter should be getting more from the players he has at his disposal. The first half against Villa in the FA cup was a big improvement, the energy levels were better and there was a desire, that hasn’t lasted much past that game, and he’s not got a squad that, without the bottom three being so poor, is relegation fodder, but that’s what this team has become. I really don’t think Potter is the right manager but I hope I’m proved wrong, otherwise if Leeds have a decent season next season then West Ham will be relegation fodder.

Did look promising until the injuries but not sure if Potter can take any credit, I think this was an attacking mind set spill over from Loppy days.

Didn't look this bad under JLo. Wasn't great either, but we can thank the points they got under JLo that we're not going down, not through any great Potter new manager bounce.
