So we lost to the bindippers even after the miracle of the penalty given against Liverpool at the Kop end......but unfortunately for us we have a manager who plays not to lose instead of playing to win....We all no it we are all aware of it but for Goodness sake someone needs to have a word in his shell like.
Fab/Areola/Rice/ Scamacca/Ants/Bowen/Downes!/ i could go on but we have the players but they need to be more forward thinking but Moyes is not that and so we will always be chasing games....Rice we all know give him the ball let him run wth it opposition players are scared of him yet he does not do it enough...opening minutes yesterday Allison with a poor kick out fell to Rice i have no doubt we were all shouting HIT it but know he did a poor pass to Scamacca instead of doing what he did agains Southampton..Ability is clearly there use it.Next Summer when he is sold and he will be you watch the level he goes upto with a Manager who will utilise his ability better.
Downes start of second half did exactly the same of course a younger player his first start and at Anfield you get why but its not only Liverpool it is against all opposition we play.
Our players need to be given a chance to show there abilty the obvious talent we have but Moyes with his constant need for Square passing across the back and back to the GK you have to wonder Why Scamacca didn't just walk off the pitch talk about no service.....Moyes wont admit it but he has an inferiority complex playing the big boys and instead of having a go and who knows he has to strangle the creativity we have by being solid ZZZZZZZZ.......
Bournemouth Next no Pacman supposedly for couple of weeks so do we expect Moyes to think Sod it Benny wide left Bowen Wide Right Ants and Scamacca upfront with Rice and Downes in the middle? of course we dont it will be the usual conservative approach and whining on about fixture congestion squad rotation blah blah blah guess what all clubs suffering that.
We have the players we just do not have the Manager to suit them sadly.

I think poor finishing & poor
I think poor finishing & poor officiating is costing us this season. Between the 2 we have dropped so many points. Forest was 3 points dropped due to real bad luck & a crap Ref. 2 points lost at the death against Spurs due Paqueta and Emerson mix up. Cornets goal v Chelsea due VAR. Bad Officiating v Southampton, another 2 points & missed penalty and some bad luck again cost us against Liverpool. That's 10 points. Have I forgot anything. City & Brighton games apart we are only going down by the odd goal. We are suffering up front with the finishing and defensively with injuries (again). We certainly have the players but Moyes needs to trust them more. For me, Benrahma needs to start and be given a run. Downes also needs to be playing regular. When Augerd is fit Kehrer can switch to Right back & we should be more solid. Johnson has gone backwards. Our fortunes are hiding and the sooner this changes the better.
Agree with a lot
Of that Enfield,we are onlly 2 points above the relegation places! But a win takes us a few places up,its so tight from bottom to about 8th! We need to start picking up points starting with a tough game against Bournemouth

But motivating them to come together as a team is proving hit and miss this season,Maybe the players who are going to the world cup are not playing as they normally do for fear on injuring themselves.

For the sake of the players who he is ruining with his negative play not to lose tactics.......he actually had the balls to say if anyone was going to win today he thought it was us lol what game was he watching..a dodgy pen appeal that was it...Palace better than us....Moyes has to go....been going on since last season he has proved he cannot change so he has to be changed.listen to the crowd today booing when Benny subbed and at end of the match he has gone into Sunderland mode and we all know what happened there.
