18 attacking midfielder from halmstadt bk...£3million they say so is this another for the development squad or is he the answer and bilic has pulled off a coup....not got a clue myself but i am pretty sure he will not be in the first team this season unless he is truly exceptional.

HG, personally I think he has bought for the first team squad. Like you I know little about him but he was a regular in Sweden and has just become an international at 18. we also spent good money for a kid. So I'd say a regular for the bench, cup games and maybe a fill in for Lanzini when unable to play.

Ashes Samuelson is injured but I must say he does seem to be put on the back burner at West Ham. As for 18 being below the minimum age at West Ham, it does seem that way for bilic, but this is exactly the sort of signing that makes me think he could be on his way. He shuns these youngsters whereas some managers are more open to them. I'd say this maybe a Sullivan signing.

Hope it's not too bad. Sullivan is a bit hit and miss in his signings, but when he hits, he does pretty good. Hope this guy is the right stuff..

Ive got a really bad feeling about Lanzini ,if Liverpool have offered big dosh for him then i cant see him staying ,i so hope im wrong he would be a big drain on morale
